The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere and was very clean. The staff were respectful and professional, and the view was great. If I travel to Shanghai again, I will definitely choose this hotel once more. The only minor drawback was the distance to the metro, but the route was easy and convenient, so it wasn’t really an issue for us. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Amazing service 24/7. The hotel is comfortably located by the river which makes slow walks all the more convenient. The rooms are really spacious, not like the others you can only get with this price range. It's affordable, quiet, and clean. The staff are helpful with deliveries, offerings, and requests(just don't be absurd). Plus, there's a coffee machine right at the lobby that doesn't cost you a thing. Highly recommended.

Facilities: We booked this hotel for a concert, and the facilities were quite comprehensive. Environment: As for the location, it's a bit far from Tangqiao Metro Station on Line 4, about a 15-minute walk. Service: The service attitude was excellent across the board, from the front desk reception to room service and restaurant staff. Hygiene: The room was clean and dust-free. Breakfast: I have to praise the breakfast; there was a wide variety, including both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was great too.

The staff were extremely helpful and used translation tools to help me find a place to buy a Chinese SIM card. They even changed my room type and gave me a 1 night refund when I said it did not look like the one I had booked through trip.com. The river front is very beautiful too so I would recommend exploring in the daytime.

Firstly we booked this place because there's a washing machine in the room. Then we found out there's also shared dryers in the lobby so it was super convenient. We also love the location because we can walk to the river and fits our itinerary to just explore lujiazui on our last travel days (via didi only because its far from the nearest metro) It's also located at a quiet neighborhood. There's a gym you can use, free coffee at lobby and vending machines. Breakfast spread was good too. It's also closer to the airport compared to across the huangpu river. The room was spacious with plenty of storage, and both the shower and beds were excellent. We did notice an occasional drainage smell near the bathroom, but the staff were helpful and willing to assist. As our stay was short, we chose not to change rooms.
