We stayed here for almost a month and truly felt at home. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is excellent — right next to the ferry terminal and a beautiful waterfront park. We remember our stay here with great warmth. The room was ridiculous. After check-in, they made me take my luggage to another building. I went to the toilet and found there was no toilet paper, but the front desk brought some. The projector wasn't working, so I asked the front desk for remote batteries. When I got back to the hotel that night, I found there was no shampoo or shower gel.
