The service at this hotel is truly top-notch! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, not only assisting with receiving packages but also kindly storing our luggage, which really eased our travel burden. The laundry service deserves special mention. After washing clothes upstairs, all you need to do is leave a note for the front desk, and the staff will dry them for you and deliver them to your room. It's incredibly thoughtful and considerate! The room itself was very clean and tidy, and the location is excellent, making getting around super convenient. Overall, the stay was fantastic, highly recommended!

Stayed here for a business trip to Shanghai. I was on a budget so I opted for a windowless room. The location is convenient, and the room itself was pretty standard. The soundproofing could be better, but the cleanliness was decent. Breakfast was filling, and they even have a robot that delivers takeaways to your room, which is a nice touch. Overall, it was an okay stay.

The room for two, though not large, was very clean and well-equipped. The staff even gave us a complimentary member's breakfast. Hanting is always my top choice when traveling. The surrounding area is great, with easy access to the subway and public transportation.

A go-to hotel chain in shanghai that i always book and this location was super convenient, however my room had a perpetual smell of cigarettes coming from the toilet vent. Otherwise, the rest of my stay was pleasant.
