This was one of my best hotel stays ever! The location is unbeatable! Just five minutes walk from Julu Road and Anfu Road. There are cute cafes nearby, where you can go and have late brunch. The service was impeccable. Amazing and friendly staff. The hotel is a bit older, but very clean! There were no weird smells, the room was regularly cleaned. The bed was extremely comfortable. Felt like sleeping on a cloud. It is truly old Shanghai style. I would definitely cone back here.

The room was clean and spacious. It was not difficult to find the location. There are many shops to get meals surrounding the hotel.
The appearance has a European look to it and it was lovely. I enjoyed my stay and it was peaceful even though u was placed on the 2nd floor.

真的是性價比之王，環境優美，如果喜歡拍照很出片，服務非常nice，有求必應，房間很大，還給升了房，早餐也很棒，味道很不錯，離地鐵不算遠，交通很便利。是上海出遊首選。

第三次來東湖賓館過週末，在周邊逛街吃飯，一如既往的愉悦。賓館自帶的泳池特別好，上午9點半左右過去，人不算多，泳道長25米，最深處3米，適合熟練的泳者。

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Hotel is in a mansion so you might need to walk walk stairs to get to your room. The staff brought my luggage to my room. Room was big and clean and the bed was nice. When I arrived the room was hot but might be because I came from a country where it was freezing. Unfortunately the temperature control only blows hot air (due to the time of the year). The staff helped me open all the windows to let the hot air out and told me twice to close the windows when I go to sleep.
