Had a great stay here! For Shanghai, the price was really reasonable. The service was excellent, and the staff, especially the ladies, were very pleasant. Plenty of food options nearby too. Overall, a very good experience. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Shanghai.

We booked a 1.5-meter room, and the lovely staff upgraded us to a 1.8-meter room for free because we had two children and needed more space. The room also had a window, which made it quite airy. The Wi-Fi signal was stable, and the late checkout time at 2 PM was much appreciated. Overall, we were very satisfied. The hotel's hygiene was excellent, and the location was superb and easy to find. The facilities were all great.

Perfect for a family trip! The room layout was well-designed and comfortably accommodated our whole family. The cleanliness was top-notch. The elders praised the comfortable bedding, saying it didn't strain their backs, and the kids loved the cartoon stickers the hotel provided. Decent. Everything was clean, and the location was good next to a few lovely restaurants. However, the noise isolation was very bad, you can hear people in the other rooms. The bath towels were paper towels.

The smell is so bad and there is no toilet in room there is only sharing bathroom

No bottles of water, no cafe or tea. There was no elevator and the stairs looked very dirty.
