Yunbai Yun Hotel (Shanghai Lushan Happy Valley Branch)

This stay was fantastic! Conveniently located near attractions, and quiet. The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped, and comfortable. The front desk and staff were friendly and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very quick. Overall, it's a great value and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Songjiang. Highly recommended!

I've never seen such poor service at the front desk. The woman on duty on the night of June 10th was so nagging. The room's interior window opened onto the hallway, and the walls were bare. Opening the curtains was a shock. I called the front desk to ask if all rooms were like this, and they were so sarcastic. I'll never stay here again. The floor was filthy, like it hadn't been swept.

I've never stayed in a hotel with such poor soundproofing. Those who are afraid of noise should be careful. Tourists checked in at 11 or 12 pm, and the voices of people talking in the corridor could be heard clearly in the room. The sound of the toilet flushing in the next room seemed to be in my room... I couldn't sleep well the whole night. I will not book this hotel again next time. The front desk service attitude was also very bad. That's not all. I was charged extra for asking for an extra bottle of mineral water.

The room does not provide bottled water, you have to buy theirs at a high price. The hygiene is not good. Is it because the hotel is old? Many things are old and look messy, which makes people feel uncomfortable!

別的都不談，這個房間是非常不乾淨的，地上灰塵像是很久沒有掃過了，衞生間的面盆長滿了黃色的污漬，門縫極大隔音效果是極差的。你可以是硬件稍差，但不能太不講衞生了
