Absolute fantastic location to visit Shanghai Disneyland, free shuttle bus service in morning and night time with no chaos or any hiccups, smooth transfer with constant communication over WeChat. Night time dinner on arrival from Disneyland is absolutely cherry on cake!

Purely came here with the kids for a change of scenery to do homework. All the staff were great. There was a slight issue with the TV, but it was promptly resolved after we reported it. The night snack server was very nice, and the tangerine peel red bean soup was delicious. They even provided extra ice cubes on the side, which shows great attention to detail.
