Novotel Hotel Shanghai Pudong center by Accor (Free shuttle service to Pudong airport&Disneyland ）

We arrived at the hotel quite late on the first day. In the first room, we found two hairs, one long and one short, on the pillows and duvet (it was a mother and daughter staying, so a short hair was impossible). After reporting it to the front desk, they gave us a different room of the same type. The second room still had a long hair, but we just accepted it and stayed. Later, we found long hairs on the chair and the bath towel was wet, but again, I had my own. I had checked the hotel's detail page, and it said check-out by 2 PM on the last day was fine. However, when we returned to the hotel at 12 PM, the room key no longer worked. The hotel phone was busy, so we had to drag our child and luggage back to the third floor to swipe the card again before we could re-enter the room to pack. We've already canceled our subsequent bookings.

For my child's birthday, we did a two-day trip to Disneyland and chose to stay at Novotel. The location was perfect, and we got complimentary late-night snacks and kids' toiletries. The bedding was comfortable, and the hairdryer worked great. I was very satisfied.

The room was clean and tidy, and dining and shopping nearby were convenient, with a Plaza 96. There were also two great services: scheduled shuttle bus transfers to and from Pudong Airport, and scheduled shuttle bus service to and from Disneyland.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations! First off, the huge floor-to-ceiling windows really brightened my day, and the daily room cleaning was impeccable. Second, a special shout-out to the housekeeping lady – I have back issues and can't sleep on soft beds, so I mentioned it to her when I left. When I returned, I found the mattress had been flipped, and I slept incredibly comfortably. Third, the room service was prompt and polite. Fourth, the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, and the late-night noodles were fantastic – who knew I could come back at 11 PM and get a piping hot and tasty bowl of soup noodles! Lastly, the airport drop-off service was such a thoughtful touch. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Disneyland!

The hotel's dining and services are excellent, clean, and hygienic. The shuttle bus to Disneyland is also very convenient, and there's even a late-night snack when you return. It's fantastic for traveling with children. Great experience!

The night snack chef was very friendly, and the noodles were delicious. They even prepared ice cubes for the mung bean soup, which was a real lifesaver for me after spending a whole day in the sun at the park – it cooled me down and quenched my thirst, truly a rare treat. The towels were clean, and there was a ventilating window.

The room was spotless, and the AC was on when I walked in, making the air fresh and free of any strange odors – it even had a clean, pleasant scent. It was spacious and bright, making for a very comfortable stay. Getting to Disneyland was also convenient, just a 15-minute taxi ride. Overall, a great experience, and I'd definitely stay here again.
