入住兩晚，3大5小，要求加價100元，因房間可入住6人，體驗一般，離外灘走路約30分鐘，不算遠，公寓環境比較一般，走欄昏暗，公寓是用老舊大廈改造，是那種可日租,月租，年租的那種，期間沒人打掃衞生，垃圾自己放門口，等人來收，房間還勉強可以，廁所有點臟，入住第二晚廁所就塞了，退房小孩忘帶140在桌上了，老闆主動聯繫我還轉給我了，感謝老闆

地理位置方便，離南京東路和人民廣場都不遠，溜達十來分鐘可以到外灘。周圍好吃的也挺多。房東應答迅速，入住方便手續正規，房屋床品乾淨整潔，大床很舒服，空調熱水都很好。房屋用薄牆隔開，不算嚴格的三室，其中兩個房間之間是連通的沒有門扇。全家人出行其實挺方便的，友人結伴的話還得注意一下。總體上很滿意~

一間公寓用木板改的，雖然是三個卧室，但是兩個衹有門簾，沒有私隱可言，不能兩家拼住。
但是價格是500+，不是5000+。估計找不到性價比更高的選擇了。

改裝的房間，裏面一個小房間非常不便利，挨着廁所，但要出去上廁所必須經過另外兩個房間，還沒有門。很不方便。

房間衞生還是可以的，衹是不是大家想象的三居，裏面都是用木板隔得，而且木板也沒到頂，然後兩個卧室一個空調，對面翻個身都能聽見，本來定個三居就是為了各住各的不打擾，這樣還不如定個便宜的，還有一點不好是，兩個卧室門口放了一張床，誰出門都要路過那張床，去個廁所反正一家子人都得醒，第一套房 出門要路過兩張床，後來老闆給換的這個，兩個房門至少是看見一張床，可也不怎麼樣，總體體驗不太好。

房間裝修很時尚，風格也很年輕，最重要的是廚房很乾凈，沒有那種油膩味。床也很舒服，不是軟床。位置去哪裡都很方便，退房後，房東幫推薦了一家上海本地菜，門面很不起眼，但是菜品很驚喜，價格也不貴，味道很不錯！叫三瑪璐酒樓。民宿的後面。

✨[進入房間第一眼]房間位置很好停車打車！下樓直線大概二百米的樣子就到了南京路…離城隍廟也很近！最值得強調的是…退房後發現戒指遺落在房間，房東第一次安排打掃沒有發現，溝通後又一次去幫忙找，最終找到了，並給快遞寄回！所以:力薦！房東和保潔阿姨人品都很贊！！
