The bed was very comfortable, and besides the room being a bit small, there were no other downsides. The service was great, and the hotel's surroundings were lovely.

The Atour Hotel at Shanghai World Expo Center on Yaohua Road provided an excellent overall stay. The hotel has an elegant environment, featuring a small courtyard, and clean, comfortable public areas. Room facilities are well-maintained, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and bathroom amenities work perfectly. The internet connection is stable. Housekeeping is meticulous, with linens changed for every new guest, and countertops and bathrooms wiped thoroughly, ensuring a clean and refreshing feel, which made for a reassuring stay. The staff were responsive, check-in was efficient, and communication was polite and thoughtful. As there were several of us traveling, we requested an extra bed in advance. The front desk handled this efficiently, and the extra bed was delivered promptly with complete bedding, which perfectly met our needs for multiple occupants. A special highlight was the signature 'Late Night Congee' service, offered from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM. A hot bowl of congee with side dishes and snacks after a late return was incredibly warming and a thoughtful, value-added service. The location is also convenient, close to the subway, making travel easy. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I highly recommend it for both business and leisure trips.

The hotel's location is convenient and quiet. The front desk and service staff were all very enthusiastic. There are cats in the courtyard, and my child loved playing there.

Not great value for money. For 800-900 yuan, you're paying luxury prices but getting chain hotel service quality.

I stayed for three days. Let's start with the negatives. There were flies at breakfast. The showerhead was leaking and patched with tape, causing water to spill all over the bathroom floor. The air conditioning's swing function barely worked, and it blew directly onto the bed at night, making it impossible to sleep with it on. Luckily, it wasn't too hot these past few days. Adjusting the temperature seemed to have no effect. The room was also very small. On the positive side, the staff were all very friendly, and the location was convenient. Late-night 'porridge': Both were decent. Perhaps it's just too old; it definitely doesn't live up to its reputation.

The service was excellent and the environment was very comfortable. They have a late-night diner and a laundry room. There's also a cute little cat roaming around the property; the staff said they often feed it, which explains why it's so friendly!

A very satisfying stay! Even though it's not a 4 or 5-star hotel, all the staff were incredibly nice, always greeting you when they saw you. The bedding in the room was comfortable. This time, my child had an exam nearby, so I specifically requested an early check-in in advance. The hotel was very accommodating and arranged it immediately. They even offered coffee and tea when we left. I had such a good experience this time that I'll prioritize Atour whenever I visit other cities in the future.

Excellent location, easy to get a taxi, and there's a food mall nearby. The room type was comfortable, and the wontons for breakfast were good. The front desk even gave me a free room upgrade. As someone who prefers a quiet sleep, I really liked it.

The hotel's location is super convenient, with both Metro Line 7 and Line 13 nearby. There's also a lovely little garden in the hotel courtyard, which is quite beautiful. What I loved most was their breakfast – not only was there a wide variety, but it also tasted really good!
