Jinzi Business Hotel

Terrible. Without a doubt. Poor environment. Poor service. Poor image. Mainly, the hotel name wasn't the same as the one I booked. Lots of noise at night. Disrupted my sleep. The front desk staff were extremely rude.

The air conditioner was absolutely terrible. It had no blades and blew directly at me all night. Even with the temperature set to 16 degrees Celsius, I was drenched in sweat. There were cigarette butts from the previous guest on the bathroom floor. The headboard was a greasy, yellow mess, filled with ash and curly hair. The room was like a cesspool, reeking of stench. Seriously, staying in a hotel like this is a real ordeal for me.

Not very good, all aspects are just average.

As soon as I entered the door, I smelled a damp smell. The water pipe of the sink in the toilet burst. The sink was dirty. The toilet was also very dirty. The shower in the bathroom did not work. There were no slippers for bathing. The TV was unwatchable. The air conditioner stopped working after a while. There were spider webs on the wall. There was only one small roll of napkins that had been used by someone else. There was no WiFi in the room. The soundproofing is not good. I can hear the KTV next door singing in the middle of the night.

The pillow was broken, the floor drain was blocked, and the most terrifying thing was that there was a KTV next to it and I couldn't sleep at all in the middle of the night. It was so horrible, the noise was deafening, and I didn't sleep much for 2 nights.

Hygiene: Generally OK. Facilities: quite practical Environment: General Service: Good attitude, problems are solved in time.
