Pod Inn Hotel (Shanghai Jiading International Auto City Tongji University)

The noise at night was a bit loud.

The sound insulation effect is not very good, the landline phone cannot be used, and only two bottles of mineral water are provided in the room. I asked the front desk, and the front desk said that they only provide two bottles here, so I asked myself to go out and buy it.

At the end of the term, I rented it for four or five days to avoid my ** roommate. The hygiene and price/performance ratio were both good. But I was really surprised by this service. The ** girl who checked in last Wednesday could hear the sound of the TV series playing in the entire lobby as soon as she entered the door. I asked someone to help me move my things. She checked in first and was there immediately. I was very impatient and said that I had to register if I wanted to go up, and then threatened to ask me to check out if I didn't check in. First of all, I told her that I didn't hear her, and she said angrily, I told you many times, but you didn't respond to me. Is there any way😜 My boyfriend can help me put things away, and there is no criminal or illegal activity. I didn’t hear the registration and you asked me to come back. You have such a strong opinion on the customer and you didn’t let me check in in the first place. Sister, aren’t you making yourself sick? Anyone else? Anyway, I have stayed in this store several times, but judging from the attitude of this energetic girl, it seems that there is no shortage of customers. Anyway, this is the last time I come here. I am disgusted by the service attitude. I will not choose your store next time I move out. 🤪 Service: The front desk is so bad that it deserves a beating, ******

Humorous hotel, I saw a spider when I lifted the quilt

On the day of booking, I used points to check out at 2 o'clock the next day. As a result, the front desk urged me to check out before twelve o'clock the next day, saying that their hotel's check-out was at twelve o'clock, and that the settings on the web page had nothing to do with their store, so why did they agree to two o'clock in the afternoon on the page? What about checking out? ? ? Are consumers fooled casually? So speechless

The sanitary environment is good, the facilities are complete, and the price/performance ratio is very high. It saves you trouble when traveling for a long time. The main reason is that there are abundant restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. It is worth recommending.

On the day of check-in, the female receptionist at the front desk had a bad attitude, poor quality, and lack of professionalism. I complained! The elderly man was old and wanted a quieter room. He wanted to see the room but refused to make a decision. He had to pay first to check in before the door was opened. The elderly do not know how to connect to the Internet, so they only managed to connect to the wireless network in several rooms separated by several rooms. As a result, the network was not smooth for four days! ! I was also informed that there is only one wireless connection on the entire second floor. The internet was disconnected on the last day, so a waiter was replaced to help reconnect the room's internet before it worked. Very unhappy with the first waiter.
