Jinjiang Inn (Shanghai World Expo Park Pusan ​​Road)

I checked in after 2 AM on the 17th. The oldest front desk staff member, a woman with short hair, had an awful attitude from the moment I walked in, through check-in, and when retrieving my stored luggage. It felt like I was disturbing her peace. I wished her a Happy New Year, and she just stared blankly, didn't even look at me, and didn't respond. She lacked basic human courtesy and respect. If you don't like working at the front desk or being disturbed, you should stay home instead of giving people such an unpleasant attitude. The bag I stored wasn't even heavy, but she refused to pick it up. She pushed it out of the luggage room along the floor and then rudely yelled at me to go get it myself. Why didn't she just say so earlier? Now both of my bags are dirty from being dragged on the ground and can't be cleaned, and the surface is worn. Staying here was the biggest mistake! It's truly unlucky for a hotel to have such an employee. I hope the hotel reviews the surveillance footage to see how terrible her behavior was!

The room was a bit dated. However, public transportation like buses and subways are very convenient nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants, so no worries about food. The service at Jinjiang was very poor, typical of a state-owned enterprise. They gave me a hard time just for asking for a towel. I hope they can improve, focus more on the customer, and learn from other service providers through better training!

Honestly, the experience was terrible. The room had absolutely no soundproofing. The people next door were yelling and scolding their child, who cried and cried non-stop. It was so noisy and severely ruined my mood! I could clearly hear them washing up and the tap running in their bathroom... And in the middle of the night, cooking fumes kept seeping in through the closed window cracks, choking me. I'd fall asleep and then wake up because of the fumes; I simply couldn't get any sleep! Plus, the room was really small. You get what you pay for, but 170 yuan isn't exactly cheap either, for a room like this...

The location is great, very close to Linyi Xincun Metro Station, about a 5-10 minute walk. There are plenty of food options nearby, which is super convenient! The hotel's internal facilities matched the description perfectly, and it was very affordable.

The hotel is clean and tidy, with a great location and good value for money. The service attitude is also excellent.
