We stayed at Blackstone M+ for 11 days, and this was our first time staying at the hotel. Our experience was absolutely wonderful, and we have only positive impressions.
1. A beautiful hotel. It looks just as stunning in person as it does in the photos, and our room fully matched the description and pictures. The rooms are new, cozy, and stylishly designed. I would especially like to thank the hotel for providing a Dyson hair dryer — it was such a pleasant and convenient touch, and made drying my hair so much easier.
2. Exceptional cleanliness. Our room was always very clean, and housekeeping was regular and attentive to every detail. We could genuinely feel that the staff cared about us and our comfort as guests.
3. A good breakfast. Instead of a traditional buffet, breakfast is served as a selection of dishes from the menu. This format suited us perfectly, and everything we tried was delicious.
4. A cozy and intimate atmosphere. The hotel has a relatively small number of rooms, which creates a feeling of personalized service and individual attention to each guest. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help with any questions or requests we had.
We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The quality of the service is genuinely outstanding.
We hope to have the opportunity to stay at this wonderful hotel again in the future. ❤️
