Atour Hotels (Shanghai Lujiazui Jinqiao International Square)

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I had the gym all to myself on a rainy day, and the breakfast was great. The room was also very quiet. I'd definitely choose this Atour again next time I'm in the Jinqiao area for business.

It was okay. Facilities: Quite old and dated. Environment: The courtyard is pretty big, but there are too many cars, making parking difficult. Service: The front desk service wasn't great. They kept pushing me to sign up for a membership card... which was a bit annoying...

Stayed here because it's close to my company. As always, Atour maintains consistent quality, and the breakfast is great. Overall, a good stay. The books on the first floor are also quite high-quality.

I really enjoy staying at Atour. First, their pillows are incredibly comfortable. Second, the hotel environment is great, with books available everywhere to read, and the breakfast is also excellent. The rooms are quiet and clean, and they even have a gym and free laundry and drying services. Plus, the tea bags and drip coffee in the room are delicious. When I checked out, I asked for two more drip coffees, and they generously gave them to me, even offering me a bottle of water. All in all, I love Atour.

The room wasn't huge, but it was cozy and comfortable. The owner even provided a complimentary breakfast, which was delicious. The service was excellent too. Overall, it was a great experience and good value for money.

The most important things for summer – showering and laundry – were both excellent! It was clean and the service was very friendly. The subway station is a bit far to walk in the summer, so we mainly relied on taxis for getting around.

Booked this room for my high school entrance exam. The service was good; they knew I was a student taking an exam, so they let me check in early. However, despite being marked as non-smoking, the room had a strong smell of smoke. I wonder why Atour isn't enforcing its non-smoking policy anymore? Even their smoke treatment didn't help. Maybe the room is old, and the smoke smell has really built up over time. Either way, I really disliked the smoky smell throughout the entire hallway and room.
