Great location, but the room facilities are outdated and definitely don't look like they were renovated in 2011. The male staff in the lobby stood there with a poker face, doing absolutely nothing to help; I'm not sure what his purpose was. The front desk staff checked us in as expected, but they weren't exactly 'friendly.' The breakfast buffet was just so-so. The hotel really needs to improve both its hardware and software; it's a shame to waste such a good location.

Great views, quiet, and really convenient – the Jiaotong University subway station is right outside.

Although the decor is a bit dated, the room was clean and tidy, and the service was warm and friendly! The bathroom was huge, felt almost as big as a single room in other hotels! Breakfast was also quite varied and satisfying.

The hotel boasts an excellent location and is very clean. It's close to shopping areas and attractions, with convenient transportation. Subway lines 11 and 10 are right downstairs, making it easy to get to any destination.

You can check in after 11 PM. The room facilities are a bit old, but the room itself is quite spacious. The service was so-so, but breakfast was decent. The best part is the location – it's right by Metro Exit 3. However, Exit 3 only has stairs, which is inconvenient if you have luggage. Exit 4 is the closest but only has an escalator for exiting the subway. If you're heading back, you'll need to use Exit 5, which has an accessible elevator.

This is an established upscale hotel with a lot of character and history, which is exactly why I chose it. Even though the building is older, the facilities are well-maintained and clean, meeting high standards. The location is incredibly convenient, with a subway entrance right downstairs and Jiaotong University within walking distance!

I didn't want to pack my bags and switch rooms again, so I extended my stay online. However, by noon the next day, the front desk told me I had to change rooms. Their attitude was awful, not at all helpful in resolving the issue. They even said I could just check out if I wasn't happy, but they'd charge me a cancellation fee. It was a terrible experience.

The room was quite spacious, a double room with an antechamber in addition to the bedroom, which is excellent for this price point. However, the facilities in the room are quite old, seemingly unchanged for many years. The central air conditioning fan was very loud, which might bother light sleepers at night. The shower drain tended to clog easily, and there was no waterproof seal at the door, so water would flood out into the bathroom every time I showered. Furthermore, the hotel surprisingly doesn't have a laundry room. To do laundry, you either have to go out and find a laundromat yourself or pay for the hotel's very expensive laundry service, which is quite inconvenient.

Super close to the subway! Makes getting around so convenient!
