The room was spacious, clean, and the bedding was comfortable. The bathroom was also large, well-equipped with a separate shower and toilet, and a good dry/wet partition. The hotel is conveniently located near Lianggang Avenue, Gangcao Road, and Xinsiping Road, making transportation easy. The hotel service was attentive and warm; they were always ready to help. Since we had an early start, the hotel even packed us a substantial breakfast box. Parking at the hotel was convenient and free.

My trip to Lingang led me to choose the Grand Mercure Shanghai Lingang, and my stay far exceeded expectations – it definitely deserves a five-star rating! The room was spacious and bright, with an elegant and sensible layout. It was immaculately clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep. The facilities were also comprehensive; the central air conditioning had precise temperature control, and the bathtub in the bathroom was a huge bonus – soaking in it after a long day was incredibly relaxing. The soundproofing was excellent too, making the room exceptionally quiet. The location is also very convenient, with the Blue Bay International Plaza downstairs, and parking was hassle-free. From the warm welcome at check-in to the thoughtful service from the housekeeping staff, I felt a genuine sincerity throughout my stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Lingang, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The rooms in this hotel are spacious, cozy, and spotlessly clean. The facilities are excellent, and the service is warm, prompt, and attentive. Every staff member goes above and beyond, anticipating guests' needs and ensuring a thoroughly comfortable stay. The front desk service, in particular, is truly exceptional.

1. The room was large, clean, and quiet. 2. The service was excellent. Knowing I had two children, they thoughtfully added an extra bed and provided breakfast. They also provided extra slippers and water. 3. Parking was convenient and free. 4. Another plus: the bar had live music performances in the evening, which were fantastic. It was a shame there weren't many people, but the singers were truly amazing. 5. I would definitely choose this place again.

The group-buying deal was good value for money. The two beds were large, making it convenient for families with children. There was a live band playing downstairs in the evenings, and the breakfast was also good. The front desk staff were very nice, the shower water pressure was excellent, and there were many restaurants nearby.

The stay was very comfortable. Even though we arrived quite late, they kindly upgraded our room, which was very thoughtful. The lobby was beautifully decorated. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time! 🚄🚄🚄

Unfortunately, I didn't take many pictures, so I'll just give a text review. Driving to Fengxian Bay for a weekend getaway takes about an hour, roughly the same as driving to Suzhou or Jiaxing. However, Fengxian is at least within Shanghai's city limits, and the newly developed areas are indeed large and clean. We arrived early, and the front desk thoughtfully arranged check-in and upgraded our room to a VIP double room – excellent! There's a shopping mall nearby, but it wasn't very lively. A couple of kilometers north around dinnertime, there's a residential area with tons of restaurants, and the prices are very cheap; it's a completely different level of Shanghai compared to the city center. If you're driving, you can park on the street; otherwise, you'll have to use the parking lot in front of the hotel – it's 3 yuan per hour. Back at the hotel, I enjoyed the complimentary "slightly tipsy" package from my Ctrip booking in the lobby. The poster outside said it was 88 yuan. The cocktails and snacks were very good, but the portions were huge; I couldn't eat that much after dinner. There was also live music; perhaps because it was the weekend and there weren't many guests, the lobby bar was practically empty for just the two of us. We enjoyed a live performance for over an hour – definitely worth it! The hotel breakfast on the second day was also very good, with pastries meeting the standards of a five-star hotel. I overheard two or three elderly couples from Shanghai on vacation and families with children, enjoying a pleasant weekend. By the way, the bread and cakes in the lobby bar are half-price after 2 pm. They must be from the hotel kitchen; the quality is excellent and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Facilities: Very new! The design is also very aesthetically pleasing, with mirrors everywhere. The TV has international channels, so you can practice English. The large bathtub is very comfortable, and the kids enjoyed it. The swimming pool is part of the gym, so the kids didn't like it, saying the people in it didn't talk. Cleanliness: Good, the bedding is acceptable. Most of the flooring is wood, which I like; it makes me feel more at ease. Environment: The downstairs area is a very new community center. It's not exactly bustling, but it meets basic living needs. Service: Overall, not bad, just a little slow in delivering things, but the staff were very friendly. The only downside is that the air conditioning only heats, not cools. I had to use the fan all night, but they upgraded me to a suite, so I let it go considering the suite aspect. It shows the hotel cares about its guests' experience.
