This room was an absolute disaster. It reeked of old age, had insect carcasses everywhere, cracked walls, and a toilet that would start to smell as soon as the ventilation was turned off. The chairs were sunken, and the bedding was dusty. On top of that, the front desk staff had a terrible attitude. They wouldn't allow food delivery to the room, forcing you to go downstairs to pick it up. When asked why, they'd claim it was a police requirement, even though the Shanghai Public Security Bureau has no such rule. This room isn't even worth 50, yet they dare to charge 120. If you're looking for some misery on your trip, then stay here.
