We stayed at this hotel for several nights because we were visiting Disneyland. The main reason we chose it was the good value for money. When we arrived, they picked us up from Pudong Airport, and when we left, they provided shuttle service to Disneyland, including drop-off in the morning and pick-up in the evening. For parking at the Donald Duck parking lot, you need to scan your parking voucher at the front desk when your car enters or exits. They require you to enter your license plate number on your phone at the front desk to get the voucher, which I found quite convenient. Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the first floor until 10:00 AM. The front desk staff, especially Yilin, provided excellent service in all aspects. Upon entering, the hotel's dim yellow lighting gave off a very oppressive feeling, and the room itself was also poorly lit. Was this to hide hygiene issues? The cleanliness was truly concerning. There was also a very unpleasant, moldy smell in the room, and the bathroom had a strange odor. What's more, there was no light in the shower! For such a large hotel, the hairdryer provided was tiny, smaller than a child's toy gun, and couldn't even dry my hair. Came here with friends for a Disney trip, and this hotel was great. They offer free shuttle service to and from Disney. I contacted the hotel staff, Hu Hu, in advance to book the shuttle, and the service was excellent. They even provide complimentary sweet soup in the evenings when you return from Disney, which is a nice touch. The hotel's internet was good, and there's free breakfast. This place was awesome. I highly recommend this for travelers that are looking for a nice hotel with excelent service (shuttle bus to the hotel from the airport and viceversa, shuttle ride to the metro station, etc). I even forgot shampoo and hair conditioner, and the hotel staff sent it to my actual place in Shanghai the same day.

We stayed 2 nights at his hotel. Their service was excellent, they provided airport pickup and drop off and transfer to the metro. This made travel for sightseeing easy. One day, we had problem accessing their WiFi and TV had problem. They promptly helped us change room. Their staff even help me carry my things to the next room. 婷婷also help me figure out the high speed rail booking on my phone. And check in was easy with 小严‘s help. Overall, a place I will stay again. They made travel in the city easy without the need to worry about getting to the hotel and airport and metro. Thank you for all the excellent staff who help me, too many to mention by name. Great job. Also, tips from the driver on our way to Disney really help us too. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

I travelled with my mom and stayed in this hotel totally 1 week in November,2025. Hotel is nice and clean, price is not high. I liked breakfast in this hotel - rather various and yammy ( baozi, dumplings, milk, coffee, noodles, eggs, cakes etc ) Soundproofing is rather good as well. Location is ~1 km from Tangzhen subway station ( Line 2) but hotel provides free shuttle to this station each hour ( 8:00 till 22:00) - very convenient. I spent about 30 min to reach Shanghai center from hotel Also free transfer to Pudong airport is a great feature! I want to express special gratitude to LingLi, surprisingly her English was good ( most hotels receptions which i stayed before don't speak English). She provided me great assistance during my stay.

We chose this hotel for our trip to Shanghai Disneyland. The hotel's service and environment are both excellent. Jiaojiao at the front desk was very helpful during check-in and even arranged a room with an exterior window for me. The room facing the residential area had great natural light, and the room itself was very nice. I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel, especially the service. It offers great value for money. The hotel also has a free underground parking lot.
