Actions speak louder than words—just look at the photos! Honestly, the pictures online didn't particularly grab me (they were just okay). I booked the hotel simply wanting a relaxing break, and it totally exceeded my expectations! The hotel environment is fantastic. Even with the rain, it didn't detract from the beauty; if anything, it enhanced the therapeutic vibe. A unique touch was using the room key to tap a jade stone by the door to enter. The hotel has so many thoughtful little service details. In the morning, they subtly leave a warm 'good morning' drink outside your door. In the evening, there's a turndown service with snacks and hot tea—very considerate! The room is gorgeous. It's a shame it was raining and a bit hot outside, so I didn't get to relax on the balcony. Otherwise, enjoying a drink out there with the view would have been lovely. The salmon and shrimp at the buffet were both fresh and delicious. The afternoon tea at the executive lounge had the same desserts as the buffet. The desserts really showed some skill, especially the Basque cheesecake, which had a wonderfully moist and smooth texture. Even though it was the Dragon Boat Festival, there were quite a few people attending classes, but most were very well-behaved, and the class atmosphere was quite immersive.

I stayed in a King Room with a balcony and a hot tub. The hotel boasts an excellent ecological environment with lush greenery, providing a very tranquil atmosphere. The hot tub in the room was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities were fully stocked. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and responsive. The hotel offers a wide range of engaging workshop experiences and a complete selection of leisure activities. It's very convenient for self-driving, and overall, the comfort level is high. It's an excellent choice for a short leisure getaway.

My stay this time was great, and I specifically want to praise Vivian. The check-in process was incredibly smooth; she proactively noticed and arranged many small details I hadn't even thought of, which was very considerate. When I needed help during my stay, she was almost always responsive, quick to act, and reliable. It wasn't just a robotic, by-the-book service at all. The hotel itself is nice, but what truly impressed me was Vivian's warm service. It really adds value to this hotel. I'll be back in a couple of days and will definitely choose to book here again.

I'd heard about Anandi a long time ago and really wanted to experience it. Today, I finally got my wish! First off, the unique experiences like the sound bath, energy detection, and aromatherapy were fantastic, not to mention the delicious food at the executive lounge. As for room service, I'm especially grateful to Aunt Li for the turndown service. She explained all the room's features, and I was deeply touched when the wellness soup was delivered to my room in the evening. What really moved me was that while we were at our healing session, the bath and hot spring tubs were already filled for us. Everyone spoke so warmly, always asking if we needed anything – it truly felt like coming home. This was by far my best experience, I can't recommend it enough! I'm definitely coming back again.

Here's a review for one of the top hotels on my Shanghai staycation favorites list! I've been to Aranya many times, and this time I came to escape a typhoon 🌀 so I didn't take many new photos. I'll use my previous comments instead. 📍 I was upgraded to an Executive room. The front desk arranged for check-in on the 10th floor. The entire hotel has a subtle, calming fragrance. Coupled with the crystal-shaped lights everywhere, a sense of healing naturally arises. The check-in process was very smooth; typically, it includes a hand-wiping tea ceremony, a mood/constitution assessment, and a sound bath, emphasizing a sense of ritual and healing right from arrival. 🛌 The room facilities are complete. If there's a bathtub, you can try a herbal bath sachet. Some rooms offer views of Suzhou Creek. 🌟 Both in the morning and at night, small snacks (the truffle chocolates and nuts are especially good!) are delivered to your door, along with refillable beverages tailored to your constitution. The hotel also offers various wellness classes at different times (yoga, sound baths, sleep recovery, etc.). 🚗 The underground parking is very convenient.
