A hidden gem in the bustling city, offering breathtaking Lujiazui night views. After comparing several Bund hotels for our family trip to Shanghai, we finally chose this Hanjin hotel. Its location, design, and service were all exceptional, far exceeding our expectations! 【Prime Location, Super Convenient for Getting Around】 The hotel is located on Renmin Road in Huangpu District, a 5-minute walk from Yu Garden and Chenghuang Temple, and a 10-minute walk to the Bund riverside promenade. Yu Garden Station on Line 10 is just 700 meters away, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the old town and enjoying the Bund night views without constant travel. It even has a free underground parking lot, perfect for those traveling by car. Despite being in a bustling commercial area, the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent. Closing the window completely blocks out street noise, offering a true oasis of tranquility. 【Public Areas Overflowing with Atmosphere, Perfect for Photos】 The entire building boasts a retro Art Deco Shanghai style, with its iconic bronze streamlined entrance being highly recognizable. The lobby is on the 7th floor, and upon entering, we were immediately struck by the giant bamboo glass chandelier. The wooden textures, warm soft lighting, velvet sofas, and brass furnishings perfectly blend with Hanjin's aesthetic, creating a gentle yet sophisticated ambiance. The 8th floor houses the quiet Hanjin Study and Tea Room, while the 11th-floor open-air rooftop garden bar is a must-visit spot. It offers an unobstructed panoramic view, perfect for enjoying the evening breeze and overlooking Lujiazui's 'three-piece suit' and the Oriental Pearl Tower. Sunsets and night views are effortlessly stunning here. The hotel is adorned with floral art everywhere, with flower design details hidden in the elevators and corridors, creating a truly immersive atmosphere. 【Exquisite and Comfortable Guest Room Amenities, River View Rooms are Heavenly】 The entire room features a gentle pink and orange Shanghai-style color scheme, with elegant ink-wash floral walls. The children especially loved it! The front desk offers free popcorn 🍿 in the afternoon, which tastes just like cinema popcorn! The Hantian Tang Hotel, located at the Bund Yu Garden, boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from Yu Garden, the City God Temple, and the Bund. Despite being in a bustling area, stepping into the hotel instantly brings a sense of calm. Our stay included a travel photoshoot. The photographer had a great eye for composition and patiently guided our poses, resulting in photos with a wonderful narrative feel. There was no pressure for additional purchases, making for a fantastic experience.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. The location is very convenient, with Yu Garden subway station right next door. It's just a few minutes to the Bund, and there are many great food options nearby.

The facilities are comprehensive, including a self-service laundry room and a gym, which makes extended stays more convenient. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of options, ensuring a pleasant stay and satisfying meals. Mira's service was exceptionally thoughtful and warm, leaving a lasting impression. It truly was a comfortable and heartwarming trip to Shanghai.

The hotel is nice and the location is very convenient. Trip.com was funny, it said there was no bathroom, and I thought it was a public bathhouse! But everything was actually complete. We got an upgrade to a balcony room, which was great for ventilation.

The room space is a bit small, and the front desk service was rather passive and cold. The promised WeChat itinerary for activities was not sent as agreed during booking, and I had to proactively inquire about everything throughout my stay. The bathroom door design is flawed, making it very easy for children to get their hands caught, so families with young children should be extra careful. Highlights: The cleaning staff were warm and friendly, and their smiles were very heartwarming; the hotel breakfast was excellent in both quality and taste. Overall, it's a mixed bag of pros and cons. If you primarily care about breakfast and a simple place to stay, you might consider it, but families with children should probably look elsewhere.

A very beautiful and exquisite hotel. However, the paint on the main entrance on the ground floor is peeling off. They should consider repairing it during the off-season.

The hotel's location is excellent; we could stroll to the Bund every evening to enjoy the view. The breakfast was very rich, and the room was very comfortable. The front desk service was exceptionally good, and the auntie who cleaned on the 8th floor was also very friendly. Overall, the stay experience was great! 👍
