Great hotel! Recommended for families and couples. Staff are extremely helpful and patient. The daily sightseeing activities were interesting and enjoyable. George and Lily were amazing! Max and Domi were very efficient in helping with our room reservation 😀

Great hotel in great location! Worth taking a room with balcony and Yuyuan Garden. Rich breakfast. Near by Yuyuan Garden subway station — extremely convenient to get Lujiazui or Xintiandi, not to mention the Bund and Yuyuan Garden. Highly recommended!

3 minute walk to Yuyuan shopping area. Lots of food options close by. Metro 2 minute walk away, line 10 and 14. The deluxe city room view was excellent. A large room with a bath tub and amazing view of the Shanghai Tower. We really enjoyed our stay here and will choose this hotel when we visit again. The bar on the upstairs floor was closed but this didn't take away from our experience.

Extremely clean in all areas of hotel and room. Self-service laundry room was convenient and easy to use. Provided free water bottles and mini bar items replenished daily. Had excellent view from large terrace. Location was ideal- short walk to Bund and waterfront, few minutes walk from the metro, and close to other tourist sites, restaurants.

Very nice hotel, great staff and plenty of extra activities offered by the hotel. The staff’s English is not amazing but they are all trying to give best service!! We also had the most amazing afternoon tea experience which I would recommend. Five stars!!

House keeping was excellent. Room was quite spacious and had plenty of outlets. The kids loved the theming of the room. Central location for touristing in the bund and easy access to multiple metro lines.

Easily walk to the bund and Yuanyu garden. The metro is just around the corner. Many restaurants near the hotel. Would choose to stay here again for my next Shanghai visit.
