We enjoyed our stay here as is very convenient to anywhere. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Order food thru the staff and receive the delivery thru robot. Will come back again soon.

I arrived at Shanghai Elong Hotel and were greeted by staff. Check in is seamless and smooth. I love the location just in front of Nanjing Rd! And near to Metro around the city and both Pudong and Hongqiao airports.
The room was excellent! Spacious, clean and very comfortable. I booked the City view room and the view is just exceptional! Nanjing rd!
Location is 100% a walking distance going to The Bund!
I will comeback again in this hotel and will definitely recommend to my family and friends.
I booked this room via trip.com and I always check the reviews about the hotel. It didn’t disappoint at all, feedbacks are accurate.

The rooms were clean and service excellent. Added advantage is the provision of washing machines and dryers which allowed us to reduce the amount of clothings to bring along.

The hotel is in a nice location near many tourist attractions, including Nan Jing Road, and was near the restaurant I like the most. They have lobster there, and I think it is the best tasting lobster in shanghai!! haha. I am a huge lobster fan, so you can imagine I was happy. I went every day and never got sick of it. The food is great here. Not only is the location and food amazing, but the staff and services in the hotel are top notch. There is nothing I can complain about. You can tell they value their customers. Overall this hotel is a 5-star in my book. So, if you are looking for a place to stay in Shanghai, this should be at the top of your list. You can’t go wrong here!

The hotel was nice. Room are spacious. Location really great, near to the subway and Shopping place. My room facing to Nanjing street, which is very nice. Recommended. Gonna stay in this hotel again.

Hotel is near Shanghai Bund. It’s very convenient to go anywhere. Staff is friendly. Behind the hotel there are many local restaurants that are very cheap.
