The location is fantastic, right near Hongqiao Railway Station. It's about a ten-minute walk from the exit towards Hongqiao Business District. I'm so grateful they upgraded me to a suite; the room layout was very comfortable. The service was also very responsive, and they didn't rush me to check out even after 12 PM, which was great. If I get the chance, I'll definitely stay here again!

The hotel is bery very near SHA Hongqiao airport, railway station and subway just by 5-10 mins walk, and also It’s around with department stores. The room is very cozy and quiet, not get any smokes scents. Bed is more comfortable. We wll recommend for others, and wll be back again next time.

This is exactly what a high-end hotel should be like, everything was excellent! The front desk lady was very nice, the room was amazing, and the breakfast was delicious! Usually, I don't like hotel breakfasts, but this one was genuinely good. I'll definitely be back!

very nice hotel comfortable and well designed modern with super location. directly connected to subway and train station,short distance to Hongqiao airport . many shops abd restaurants just walking around with several good choices and excellent variety . room is large and modern .good shower . ok the gym .

Excellent and very comfortable, with a rich breakfast. It's clean and tidy, and the service attitude is quite important. Guest satisfaction is decent, the front desk is very welcoming, and they offer free parking and late check-out.

The location of Cordis Shanghai Hongqiao is absolutely fantastic. It's within walking distance to Hongqiao Transportation Hub, and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping malls nearby. The turndown service was a thoughtful touch, and the live cooking stations at breakfast were amazing. It's perfect for a layover or a longer stay.

Chaotic management and incredibly unprofessional, with frequent basic errors. They even messed up my room type reservation. I tried calling the service center, but the 'service center' button on the phone was just for show and didn't work. I had to use an external line to reach them. To my surprise, they told me that a 1.8-meter king-size bed referred to the *length* of the bed (because the 1.8-meter king-size room I booked was given to me as a 1.6-meter room). I asked, 'So what about a 1.6-meter bed? Do you even have beds that are 1.6 meters long?' Only then was I transferred to the front desk, and they eventually corrected it. When I ordered takeout and wanted the robot to deliver it to my room, I found out this large hotel only has two robots, and I'd have to wait 40 minutes. Seriously, that's longer than it takes for the takeout to arrive at the hotel! So I just went down to get it myself. At checkout, the front desk actually asked me to pay for the room again, claiming that what I paid on Ctrip was just a deposit. I had to pull out my phone and show them the order, proving I had already paid for the room, before they finally let me go. What a complete mess!

it’s so close to Hongqiao railway station and subway station. Very convenient for my travel around Shanghai by subway and to other cities in china by High speed train. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Would recommend it to my friends if they want to visit Shanghai

The entire hotel environment is very comfortable and clean, located in the bustling Hongqiao area. Downstairs is Tianjie, offering great food and shopping, and it's also very close to Hongqiao Station. Parking is convenient, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. My only wish is for the hotel to improve staff communication regarding their duties, and I hope they'll also enhance the in-room amenities!

This hotel was surprisingly amazing! For the price, I expected just a budget hotel, but it felt like a luxury, star-rated establishment. The location is truly unbeatable. I booked here to catch an early 6 AM train from Hongqiao Station, and the location couldn't be better. You just turn right out of the hotel, go up the skybridge, and in 5-8 minutes you're directly at the station entrance. It was incredibly convenient and time-saving. I arrived by taxi around 11 PM after watching a show, and they upgraded our room – it was huge! There was also a fantastic bathtub, which my child and I immediately used. It was such a great way to relieve stress. My only note is that the hotel doesn't provide disposable bathtub liners, so you'd need to bring your own. The room design is very well thought out. The coffee capsules tasted excellent; drinking one in the morning was really refreshing and kept me alert for my journey. The hotel's decor is very comfortable and quite luxurious. They have a swimming pool and an executive lounge, which I didn't get to experience this time. There's also a cool dice game that tells you about the hotel's special activities! The service was efficient; no pushing for good reviews or unnecessary chatter, check-in was very fast. The shower was truly wonderful – great water pressure and heat, and the mint-scented toiletries smelled lovely.

Breakfast was decent, but the staff service was generally subpar, nothing to write home about. I guess it's because people just pass through this hotel near the airport, so there's not much emphasis on service. There was no comb in the room, and I couldn't be bothered to contact the front desk. After arriving at Hongqiao Airport late at night, I followed the navigation and walked an incredibly long way to finally reach the hotel.

Cordis Shanghai Hongqiao is only 5 minutes from Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station and is opposite to Hongqiao Tiandi 虹桥天地mall. It is convenient to find good food at Hongqiao Tiandi 虹桥天地mall. Moreover, room we saw from Trip.com is exactly to the reality. If we come back to Shanghai again. We definitely stay at Cordis Shanghai Hongqiao.
