This is a great hotel! It's about a five to six-minute walk from the subway. The room I booked was fantastic – one 1.8-meter bed for the two kids and a 1.5-meter bed for the two adults. It was perfect and so convenient! It's also very close to the North Bund. There's a really good noodle place nearby too, recommended by the front desk. When I checked out, the front desk staff were very helpful and attentive, assisting me with bags, packing my luggage, and even storing it for me. Overall, it's an excellent hotel.

Besides the lack of service, the bowls, chopsticks, and spoons were greasy, with chili oil marks, as if they hadn't been washed properly. The lighting was dim, which instantly put me off my food, making me suspect the food might not be clean either. The selection was also very limited and quite haphazard. Overall, I'd give the location and rooms four stars, but breakfast only one star. The breakfast really drags down the hotel's overall standard!

The hotel environment is really good, and the lobby has a pleasant scent. The front desk service was excellent. I booked a deluxe suite and requested a high floor. They gave me the ninth floor directly, and when I mentioned I'd prefer a deluxe suite with a bathtub, they immediately moved me to a room on the fifth floor. The hotel's interior environment is also nice, and the hygiene is well-maintained. The room also offers a great city view. The hotel's breakfast is edible; it's not super delicious, but it's not bad either. The hotel also offers luggage storage. Overall, this hotel stay was a pretty good experience, and I'd give it full marks.
