Hotel is a short walk to shopping area (Popmart flagship store), plenty of local small eateries (like in a back alley and 24hr)
Service was really good ok our check-in day. Espcially the gentlemen helping with our luggages. There is a flight of stairs at the entrance and my husband was about to carry the luggages when they literally ran over to help.
Minus 2 stars because we found out that they folded our used and still wet bath towel back to where is was after making our room. When we informed frontdesk, the lady replied so you just want new bath towel right? This totally took away all the good impression we had of the hotel.
Renovation on-going (at the opposite building but we didn't really hear anything). Was able to sleep. We stayed at level 13.

The room size was great. The cleaner auntie was very nice. Other than that, the service was so so. Doesn’t feel like a 5stars hotel. The staff even took my mobile phone to go into their webpage to rate them good rating without my consent while I was asking him some directions from my mobile phone which was really unacceptable and i managed to snatch back my phone.

Have a good stay in this hotel. Next time come Shanghai will stay here again. The customer service was good and helpful. Very recommended.

Good location for travellers to walk around Nanjing Pedestrian Street, The Bund and Qipu Shopping Street👍👍 This is why I have recommended and booked this hotel for my Vietnamese friends who are travelling to Shanghai first time. Well, I will also book this hotel for my next stay in Shanghai again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is well worth paying for the view as it is simply stunning!
Do not count on the restaurant on the top floor as it seems more a private dining venue. Not to worry! Plenty of authentic restaurants around the hotel! The SPA on the 6th floor was a little odd - no opening hours, no menus only a „flat fee“ of 880¥ and not allowed to look around or information what this would get you 🤔 Transportation and Location for all possible tourist activities is super convenient and can not be faulted! Always again!

Awesome view from the room. Just a bit of miscommunication regarding the room upgrading. Other than that, services are good. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Plus thank you 小连for carrying my luggages.

I was expecting a suite as per stated on the booking page but it turns out to be a big room. No privacy of bathtub and sink area but standing shower and WC have doors. Hotel staff are very friendly. Does not suggest to take hotel breakfast. However, nearby hotel can easily find food. Overall happy with our stay and plan to be back. Hopefully will get a real suite tye next time!
