Great location with nice views from the window. It's one of the newer 5-star hotels around the Bund, offering excellent value for money. The hotel doesn't provide straws, and a non-slip mat needs to be requested separately as it's not standard. Otherwise, everything else was good.

The front desk staff (both the ladies and gentlemen) were all very nice and helpful. The hotel room was quite clean, and the bedding and amenities were very comfortable. The Puyan Hotel is very well located just a few blocks away from East Nanjing road and other stations close to major attractions. Check-in was seamless and the front desk attendant, Meng, did an excelent job accomodating our needs and made sure our room had a view of the river. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. HIGHLY recommend this hotel to all visitors.

The location is excellent, convenient for getting around everywhere. The room is very clean, and the view from the window is great, you can see the 'Three Piece Suit' (referring to the three iconic skyscrapers in Lujiazui). The staff are very professional. Highly recommended!

My partner and I had such a wonderful experience staying at Shanghai Puyan Bund Hotel during our first trip to China. We were within easy walking distance of Nanjing Road, The Bund, nearby train stations and so many wonderful cafés, restaurants and local attractions. It made exploring Shanghai incredibly easy, whether we were walking through the city or taking the metro to other parts of town. The views from the hotel were beautiful, and after long days exploring the city, it was such a lovely place to return to each evening. Everything felt comfortable, peaceful and well looked after. Thank you to everyone at Shanghai Puyan Bund Hotel for making our first experience in China so memorable. Our day at hotel was amazing eating joy, a prime location mainly 300 m from 19 Road at Green Street and the People’s Square is just a short Stoll away exploring downtown Shanghai shopping and visiting attractions are extremely convenient. The staff are friendly and they provide social service and we’re always ready to offer assistance. The beautiful night view from the room was another big highlight on stories and night views the hotel delivers satisfying experience. It is an ideal accommodation choice for tourist. we truly enjoyed our time here and we are definitely return our next visit to Shanghai.🩵🩵
