The front desk service was very professional and incredibly enthusiastic. They carefully explained everything, including parking vouchers and breakfast times. The lobby decor was very grand, and the room was spotlessly clean. Even during the Chinese New Year period, the hotel staff's warm service was truly commendable.

This stay completely exceeded my expectations! Before I left, I saw pictures of the hotel and was drawn to the artistic chandelier in the lobby and the elegant grand piano. I was worried that the real thing might not live up to the images, but when I arrived, I found that the actual scene was even more stunning than the photos. The golden mesh chandelier in the lobby looked like a galaxy cascading down, perfectly complemented by the wooden walls and art installations, creating a luxurious yet warm ambiance. The sleek, black grand piano sat quietly in the lounge area, making for a picture-perfect moment without any need for editing. The room amenities were also a pleasant surprise. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the smart curtains and lighting system were easy to operate, and the bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation with a stable and appropriately-heated hot water supply. What impressed me the most was the hotel's gym – lush greenery outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, and a full range of equipment like treadmills and spin bikes, all meticulously maintained and spotlessly clean. Exercising while enjoying the view outside was an absolute delight. The service was simply impeccable. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and quick, and the staff proactively introduced me to the hotel facilities and local attractions. During my stay, housekeeping meticulously cleaned the room daily, replenished toiletries, and even neatly arranged my clothes that I had left scattered about. Once, when I needed to print some documents, the concierge not only helped me with it but also thoughtfully stapled them for me. Upon check-out, they actively helped with my luggage and even presented me with a custom souvenir. The entire process was thoughtful and attentive. Overall, this hotel scored full marks in terms of photo accuracy, facility quality, and service details. It’s perfect for both business trips and leisure vacations. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Overall, it's pretty good. However, the surrounding area is industrial, and getting around mainly relies on taxis. On the upside, the environment is quite peaceful. The room facilities are complete, and the cleaning staff are very polite and helpful. Aside from the TV being very laggy and a somewhat bumpy check-in on the first day, there weren't any other major issues.
