Excellent stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Everything was great from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again! 👍👍👍

I came alone and stayed for a few nights before my friend joined me. The reception staff are friendly and speak both English and Chinese and were more than happy to help with recommendations and provide anything requested. The location is wonderful and walking distance from the Bund and many other attractions. Next door is a convenience store and opposite is a delicious coffee shop which was great in the mornings. The room is cleaned daily and was spacious with amenities provided. The air con worked and WiFi is provided. Overall I could not complain about my stay，it was a wonderful place for my first time in China!

I really loved the vibe and atmosphere of this hotel. There were so many international guests, haha! The hotel was super clean and quiet, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. Highly recommend!

The hotel is in a great location with access to shops and food. It is minutes walk away from The People’s Square with easy access to the metro. I love the artwork in the hallways. We booked a double with no windows. If you plan on staying out late, that’s actually great for sleeping in. There is an amazing hole in the wall restaurant with Shanghai staples next door as well as a Family Mart.

The hotel is located in a very good position, 5 min far from the People’s Square subway. Very clean and the staff is kind. The room is a little bit tiny but it has everything you need (also the bathroom is good). We enjoyed our stay!

We booked a small room and is exactly what we needed. Clean and big shower. Very comfortable bed. I particularly liked the art attached. Staff are really friendly and will send you recommended places on WeChat if you ask.

The location is excellent and very convenient, close to both Metro Line 1 and Line 8. The staff (young men and women) are also very friendly and helpful. It's easy to get to the pedestrian street and tourist attractions. The room is very clean and comfortable.

Nice staff, They’re let’s me early check in at noon time. Also maid are nice. Room clean, automatic toilet, water temp are good and also water pressure. Room space suitable for 2 person but I stay alone have many space to open luggage and put stuff. Location not far from Metro, you can walk like 10 min.
