My child was staying alone for a competition and needed to extend their stay for one more night, which I booked through my own platform. However, the room type I booked was different from the one reserved by the organizing committee. After speaking with Sisi from the sales department, she understood the situation and actively helped me communicate with them. My child was able to stay in the same room for the extra night without having to pay any price difference. This was very thoughtful, especially for an unaccompanied minor. Many thanks!

The room was very quiet and comfortable! I absolutely loved the breakfast; there was a wide variety of options (both Western and Chinese). The Western food was especially delicious!

Firstly, the hotel staff knocked, asking to clean the room. When I declined, they immediately swiped their card and entered, which was quite startling. I'd suggest that if someone is in the room, they should wait for the guest to open the door and allow them time to respond. Otherwise, the cleaning is generally good. Secondly, there's no room service robot, so you have to go downstairs yourself to pick up food deliveries. Thirdly, there are no tissues by the bed.
