This hotel offers incredible value for money. It's really clean and super convenient – the Line 7 metro station is just 100 meters from the entrance. The robot delivery service for takeout is also a neat touch. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai.

I booked this hotel for a concert, and it was pretty good. They proactively upgraded my room, and the service was excellent. The front desk even has a microwave for heating food. The room itself was quite spacious and cozy, with a nice river view. However, there were small flies and a strong instant noodle smell in the shower room, which I hope they can address.

Very strategic location and very near to metro. The room itself is bright and good to stay. But because my room is above the kitchen on 2F, some cooking smells are coming into the room. Overall is good.

The room was a bit small and just average. I've stayed at other hotels of the same brand, and compared to them, this one wasn't great. I booked a 1.8m king bed, but I think I was given a 1.5m bed, which naturally made the room smaller than what I reserved. I was in town for a show and too busy to fuss about it, but next time, at a similar price point, I probably won't choose this place again.

The location is perfect . From metro exit 3 only 130 m. Easy to find . The room is very good .Compact and well equips.Bad thing is smell smoke from outside room. Tell staff they will change room promptly. Breakfast is average. Highly recommended.

Super Good location. 2-3mins walk from Metro station and also a shopping mall just opposite. So convenient. Plenty of eateries shops. Clean n spacious room. Clean n fresh towels as well as toiletries provided. Self service laundromat is available for guests. WiFi is abit slow. Good customer service. Pleasant stay.

Booked this hotel primarily for the location for an event that we were attending and it was excellent. It was near the metro and bus stations so it was easy to explore around Shanghai. Staff did not understand English but good thing I had a translator app with me but even without using it the staff were willing to help. Cleanliness was okay. Someone did come to clean the room everyday and did a good job. Food was okay. Keep in mind they do not label the food so if you're not familiar with the type of dish you might be a bit hesitant but I did try a bit of each every breakfast because I was genuinely curious of the food in Shanghai. Would definitely stay again if I need to be in the vicinity for another event.
