MoYu Movie Hotel (Shanghai People's Square Nanjing West Road subway station)

We loved our short stay at MoYu Movie Hotel! It is in an excellent location - close to the metro and so many areas! The movie element was everywhere - from the front desk reception to how your room key looks. So festive, especially for movie lovers! 🎬 The room was comfortable - especially the bed. The shower had a waterfall feature which is always great - soaps and shampoos smelled nice. The front desk was super helpful to help me find a package and also contacted us about a shirt we left behind. They went above and beyond! We would stay here again!

Maybe it was my impression but rooms had smoke smell that looks like transfering through climate system. Staff offer me changing room but still same problem. Location wasn’t great, but not bad anyway, 5 minutes walk from metro. Not many like around hotel. I had a visitor in the toilet who went away through a hole in the toilet.. After all, it’s not a bad hotel, if you like cinema, the environment is great and has huge screen protectors in every room to enjoy the movies.

Had a great stay at MoYo Movie Hotel, the room was very big and clean, the laundry room was very convenient and it was close by to a lot of things.

The location is perfect, walking nearby to Huaihai Middle Road and West Nanjing Road (about 1km) and not far from other tourist spot. The bed and the pillow so comfortable. They give free drink and popcorn in the lobby.

a really great and affordable hotel to stay in, its only a 10mins walk away from the shopping district. Staff were super friendly and they were rlly helpful. The hotel accepts taobao packages so it was rlly convenient for me to get deliveries and return my packages. Wld def stay here again when im back in shanghai!
