The room door cannot be locked and there's only a metal chain which doesn't feel safe at all. I placed a do not disturb sign and they still came into my room... Imagine you just want to stay in and then suddenly someone just opens your door. They had to disturb me by calling me and asking if I need room cleaning when I put on the do not disturb sign. So this sign is totally useless? I placed the DND sign since day 1 and since day 1 they have been coming into my room, even on the day where I decided to stay in. The sound proof is really bad, I'm woken up by loud noises from above. The washing machine can only be used for long stays, more than a month. If you order food delivery they will not deliver it to your room, have to collect yourself. Some of the rooms will need you to carry your luggage up 1 level of stairs. There is also a deposit of 300 yuan.

First off, for this price, the room size and cleanliness are pretty good. I checked in around 2 AM, super late and tired, just wanted a shower. But there was no hot water. I let it run for a long time, then called the front desk. They said to insert the room card to turn on the power, and hot water would be available in about 20 minutes. So I waited, but still no hot water. Then I realized I also had to turn on a switch myself, which is fine. But when I called the front desk, they just told me to wait after inserting the card. I finally saw the switch and turned it on, then waited another 40+ minutes. They said it would reach 60 degrees, but after an hour, it still hadn't even hit 40.
