The hotel is in a very good location and the room sizes are excellent, but the room needs more maintenance and upkeep, and the kitchen appliances need to be updated.

The hotel is conveniently located – you can get to the main points of interest by bike or by metro. When we arrived, it turned out there were issues with the booked room, so we were switched to another one without any problems, and the cost of the room was fully refunded. Laundry detergent for the washing machine needs to be requested at the reception. The staff is friendly. However, there were some issues: the hairdryer broke, and when we asked for a replacement, it wasn't done, so it remained broken. On the first day, there was water on the floor in the room that wouldn't drain, so we had to ask for the drain to be unclogged, after which the water started going down. We also had to ask for the air conditioner to be cleaned because there was mold in it. Other than that, everything was fine

This hotel offers great value for money. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to travelers looking for an affordable and comfortable hotel.

The room is on the top floor. The elevator goes only up to the 6th floor, and you need to take the stairs from the 6th to the 7th floor. However, the view from the window is much better than the lower floors.

The room was excellent and the location was quite good, with a nice environment. The soundproofing in the hallway was a bit weak, but other than that, the facilities were complete, and you could even cook. Additionally, the two front desk staff members were very welcoming and provided great service.

The apartment was a two bedroom apartment with washing machine. Great location just across the road and you are on warth of the Bund.

The place was nice and the staff was really helpful. Overall it was a nice place but the walls were kinda thin so from time to time we could hear the other guests.
