I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for foreign travelers. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. A special thank you to the front desk staff member, 刘旋, who was incredibly polite, patient, and professional. As a foreigner, I really appreciated how she took the time to clearly explain everything to me, which made the entire check-in process stress-free and welcoming. One thing that stood out was how well-organized the shuttle service to and from Disneyland was. 刘旋 carefully explained how it works, and the hotel even creates a group chat to keep guests updated on bus schedules and exact pick-up locations. This level of communication made planning my trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. It’s clear that the staff pays attention to detail and anticipates guests’ needs. Overall, I felt very well taken care of during my stay. The excellent service, especially from 刘旋, and the thoughtful organization for guests make this hotel a great choice. And at checkout, I got a little gift from her. I would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the worst Ji Hotel accommodations I've stayed at. The window overlooks a hallway, so I can't open the curtains all day. I booked a family room, but they didn't provide extra towels, slippers, or even hand towels, which was very inconvenient.

I checked in at midnight and finally managed to get some rest, sleeping for less than four or five hours. Then this morning, they started mowing the lawn outside my window. The soundproofing was terrible. I complained to the front desk, but it didn't help. They even came and knocked on my door saying the noise had gone down, but it hadn't. It lasted for over an hour before finally stopping. Encountering this on a weekend morning is really annoying.
