I checked into the hotel with my boyfriend. When we just arrived at the front desk to check in, the male waiter was very friendly and gave us water. The service was very good. The female waiter who checked me in started to check me in after asking to verify the order. After checking me in, she suddenly asked my boyfriend to tell her his mobile phone number and asked her to give him the verification code (the verification code for Atour registered members). My boyfriend asked what it was for and he said something about the room system that must be given to him (I just checked in on the 12th and other Atour hotels don’t have this operation). Because I didn’t want to register, I didn’t give it. Then the female waiter immediately turned her face black as if we owed her money. She didn’t say a word and didn’t say anything until she gave me the room card. Atour’s service attitude shouldn’t be like this. It’s too bad. I’ve stayed in so many hotels for the first time and I’ve encountered this kind of service attitude. Atour really should be trained well.
