The service was very attentive, the environment was clean, and the experience was great. It was excellent, and they even provided breakfast and coffee 🥰🥰🥰

Great location just outside the metro exit. Room was normal with a good shower. Normal Asian breakfast. The staff was very helpful with an issue I had not related to the hotel

This is our 3rd time stay in here. Very convenient Lo cation straight above exit 1 of the line 9 subway which can take us to anywhere in SH. Breakfast is pretty satisfied.

Very near to subway n there are a lot of Resturant around like 3rd Warehouse, 和记 and a lot more.

This has to be one of the worst Hanting hotel. First problem is Trip.com did not accurately state the room type that I booked is actually internal window (facing corridor - absolutely no privacy and lack of natural light and ventilation). Next problem is the bathroom so pooly designed that the shower water will spilled out and wet the entire bathroom floor. 3rd problem is you can smell smoking stench along the corridor and it spills into your room as well. If you are sensitive to these things, best to avoid staying in this hotel.

Very good location, hotel is in the 5th floor, train station is just down stairs, there is a mall in the opposite of the road/hotel and lots of shops and food to buy.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The front desk staff was very friendly and provided excellent service throughout our visit. However, the main downside was the karaoke club located downstairs—it was extremely loud at night and made it difficult to sleep. The front desk could only offer us earplugs, which helped a little. This should really be mentioned in the hotel description to make future guests aware.  

A very nice, clean and tidy, amazing hotel on the 5th floor. It is very close, like across the street close, to an enormous mall where you can buy groceries, shop expensive watches, eat at the various restaurants. You can also train at the fantastic gym on B1. The hotel has an awesome laundry with washing machine and dryer, there is a coffee machine at the front desk and also a shared small fridge. Last but not least, the line 9 subway entrance is just on the front door, so you can get anywhere in SH without even getting wet on o rainy day. I will most definitely come back for sure!

Front desk is really helpful and try to get your best room according to your needs, room is clean with everything you need, breakfast is really nice packed all kinds of different carbons and some vegetables. There is a kitchen ktv in lower floor.

Receptionist was friendly and nice. Location was great right by the line 9. There are two or three malls nearby. However, the room I got was ok. The floor was sticky n stained. Wallpaper is piling. AC was quite noisy at night.

Breakfast: good chinese breakfast, lots of choice. Room: clean and spacious. Location: near shopping, near mrt. Staff: friendly and polite. Others: able to wash our clothes (foc) was indeed a bonus. Overall: pleasant stay.

Great location if you have business near Honqiao airport… clean, but the walls are so thin, and theres a KTV on same building, so not so easy to sleep.

not sure if is a kind of rip off. Is written parking on site is 24 cny per day. When checking out they did a procedure to get me 48 cny off for my 2 days of stay. In going out the parking guard showed me the fee was 96 cny, so double what reported. And 48 cny refunded by the hotel, 48 cny I had to pay. So seems not right.
