Shanghai Naishi Apartment

The location is fantastic! It's super close to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, just a 15-minute walk away, and the Bund is also nearby, less than half an hour. Everything is really convenient. Downstairs, there are all sorts of food options, from various snacks to breakfast, all pretty good and affordable too. Plus, it's delicious!

The apartment room was clean, and the location was excellent, with easy access to Metro Lines 1, 2, 8, and 10. Nanjing Road is just 100 meters downstairs, and you can walk to the Bund to see the Oriental Pearl TV Tower in about ten minutes. It's also very close to Yu Garden and Chenghuang Temple. For a trip to Shanghai, staying here offers great value for money. The hotel manager was also very attentive.

The facilities are a bit old, and there's a strong, unpleasant smell in the hallways, where the carpets also look quite worn and dirty. The service was okay, but the main advantages are its proximity to the subway station and the pedestrian street.

The hallway had a terrible smell, and the bathroom was covered in old wallpaper. Clearly an old hotel that's been renovated.

Facilities: Decent for the price. Hygiene: The environment is pretty good, but the air conditioning and bathroom exhaust fan are extremely loud. The shower is fine. Service: The owner's service is good, patiently answering questions.

The hotel's location is great, and the room's cleanliness is quite good. This was my first stay, and I decided to give it a try since the price wasn't too expensive. The soundproofing was decent. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room size was okay, not particularly big, but for Shanghai, it's pretty good value for money, especially just for one night. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area.
