Everything was fine except the cleanliness of the room. We had some cigarettes next to our door and the pool was full of mosquitoes. We also found a lot of dirty walls and the breakfast is really small/similar to the photos. However, the staff girl was very kind and the amenities were very fine

Everyone, beware! I originally booked Disney for the 30th, so I checked in on the 29th. However, the weather forecast for the 30th showed a 100% chance of heavy rain. My friend and I wanted to cancel our Disney trip, and we had already canceled the Disney tickets. We tried to discuss canceling our hotel reservation with the front desk, but they insisted that since we were past the free cancellation period, we couldn't cancel. I then contacted Ctrip customer service, who also went through several rounds of communication on my behalf. Yet, the hotel still demanded half the hotel fee for us to cancel. In the end, we had to buy new Disney tickets and go in the heavy rain. If you're running a hotel or B&B, you should know you're in the service industry and understand customer needs. This was a special situation that doesn't happen twice a month. With such a bad attitude, you shouldn't be in this business. After checking in, the room was also very dirty, dirty everywhere, not just normal wear and tear. There were even hairs on the bedside table. Oh well, I'll just consider it an act of charity on my part.

The ladies at the counter are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are dirty, we found a lot of trash under the bed

This was a great secluded place. It was Convenient and they have free shuttle to Disney in general. We had a great time here and I would definitely recommend and stay next time.

I appreciated the shuttle service to Disneyland, which was very convenient. However, the hotel was much less clean than I had expected, and the housekeeping standards could be improved. While the shuttle made transportation to Disneyland easy, the hotel itself felt quite isolated, with no convenience stores or shops nearby.

The place is so nice,and the view is amaizing,and the customer service is welcoming.

Very beautiful place

It was just so-so, truly subpar. The pool water was murky, completely uninviting. The room felt old, though I can't pinpoint why. Breakfast was very basic, just congee and such. There were tiny bugs on the tables in the restaurant during breakfast. I'm nearsighted so I didn't notice at first, but once I saw them clearly, I felt so disgusted. This place definitely isn't worth the 279 price tag. I booked it for the pool, expecting to use it during the off-season for that price, but they clearly don't change the water. I'll never go back.

Location is accessible by didi/ taxi plus depending on the package you purchase, a car service is provided by the hotel to and from Disney (near the metro). The trip one way will take less than 20 minutes. When I first arrived, I was greeted warmly by the reception, with a very fast and hassle free check in. And, already inquired if I would need a car for disney the next day. They sent me a Wechat of helpful instructions such as wifi password, address to place when ordering outside food and car schedules. They also reply very fast. The room looks exactly as the picture posted and i love that they have a spacious room, big and comfortable bed and a nice shower. The place is very quiet and well lit with a lot of cozy corners, which is good for friends to talk, have a coffee or eat together I surely will come back to enjoy a peaceful weekend and me time.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Although the pool had not been cleaned for a while. We had food delivered to the hotel.

We really liked what they were trying to achieve with the hotel having a slight Greek style and private swimming pools and patio. It has a lot of potential. In terms of location, it depends on what you want as to whether or not it is ideal. It's close to Disney and in a quiet farming area on the outskirts of shanghai. It needs a bit of attention to cleaning ,like the pool had a thin layer of algae on the bottom, just minor maintenance but it does not take away from the lovely facilities. They offer a limited menu, which seems to be frozen meals that is defrosted. I would recommend bringing supplies. Breakfast is Chinese style. However, it is easy enough to order in food from outside. The staff are super friendly and helpful, we enjoyed our stay.

While it is surrounded by countryside, much of the area near Disneyland is rural, so criticizing that seems a bit unfair. Most guests are likely here for the convenience to Disneyland, and for a few hundred yuan, the value for money is exceptional. As for room and bed sizes, all that information is clearly provided in the booking details; it's not a mystery box, and you truly do get what you pay for. **Room Amenities:** We booked the 'Starlight Room.' The bathroom has a curtain for privacy and features a wet/dry separation. The hairdryer is high-speed, which I really appreciated as drying long hair can be such a hassle. The TV is a Xiaomi brand – I don't know the exact size, but it was plenty big. What's even better is that it comes with a Xiaomi TV membership, so you can watch videos from various platforms and even screen mirror your devices. Huge thumbs up! **Excellent Staff Service:** 1. After booking, before check-in, the staff called and added me on WeChat to confirm the check-in time. Any questions we had afterward were quickly answered via WeChat. 2. The front desk staff provided exceptional service. Our Starlight Room was on the 3rd floor, and our luggage was quite heavy. He effortlessly helped us carry our bags up and down in a flash – truly commendable! 👍 3. It was late August, peak summer in Shanghai, with temperatures feeling like 36°C. The staff had thoughtfully turned on the AC in our room before we arrived, which was a welcome relief! 4. On the second day, our pre-arranged shuttle was arriving soon, leaving us no time for breakfast. The staff went above and beyond by packing up our breakfast for us to eat on the way. 5. Due to our packed schedule, I completely forgot to request room cleaning and replenishment of toiletries. To my pleasant surprise, I received a proactive message from the staff inquiring if we needed anything while we were out. Two big thumbs up! 👍👍

Facilities: I was truly wowed the moment I stepped inside. The pool looked incredibly inviting and comfortable. Cleanliness: The room was immaculately clean, which was a pleasant surprise right upon entering. Ambiance: The design is very modern and trendy, making it perfect for young people looking for a relaxing holiday. Service: I overslept, but the owner was still incredibly polite and gracious.

The guesthouse's design is incredibly romantic, and its charming architectural style makes for fantastic photos! The private plunge pool was a particular hit; the kids had an absolute blast splashing around. It's nestled in a rural area surrounded by rice paddies, and a stroll through the fields would have been lovely if the weather hadn't been so hot. The service was also excellent. The only downside was the prevalence of insects, so be sure to pack and apply mosquito repellent liberally.
