Really great! The hotel was filled with a pleasant scent, and the soundproofing was excellent. It completely elevated the experience, offering great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. I even got an room upgrade, and the breakfast was very rich too! 😁😁

The service at this hotel was absolutely incredible; I felt welcomed the moment I walked in. The front desk staff had a sweet smile and checked me in very quickly. The hotel environment was quiet and clean, and the soundproofing was excellent. The facilities were very well thought out and practical, with a laundry room and gym. I didn't have to worry about catching an early flight because the hotel offers an airport shuttle service that departs on time. The front desk even prepared a packed breakfast for me since I was leaving early – truly thoughtful! Definitely five-star worthy.

This is an affordable and quite convenient option for solo travellers or those staying short-term. The room is clean, it’s spacious and generally quiet (at least from outside traffic). The location is pretty central. The water pressure on the shower is excellent, but be careful with the hot water as it can become scalding hot very quickly. The shower can also overflow to the outside so make sure to aim away from the shower door. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the subway station and as there is currently construction on the way to the station, this path is not the most convenient. If you are near the elevator it can get quite noisy with guests coming and going, as well as children. Another problem was the shortage of bath towels. We only had one large bath towel and had to go down and request this twice. However all the staff and cleaners are friendly and efficient.

Right next to the hotel is the Huiju Shopping Mall, offering a one-stop solution for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The front desk service was attentive and thoughtful, and the check-in process was professional. I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely choose this place again if I need to.

The hotel's ambiance was grand and impeccably clean, and the lobby included a business area. My room was spotless, and the bedding and mattress were so comfortable that even with my mild sleep issues, I fell asleep incredibly quickly. The view of greenery outside the window was a pleasant surprise, quite rare to find in bustling Shanghai. The staff also generously offered a complimentary breakfast for one. While the breakfast was a bit simple, this thoughtful gesture was truly appreciated.

I really liked it. The check-in/check-out times were flexibly accommodated to suit the customer's needs, depending on room availability. It really helped alleviate my fatigue. It was also great that food delivery came right to the door. The environment was clean, and the room layout was good and comfortable. The only minor inconvenience was that the pillow was a bit too high; I wonder if they would have provided a different one if I had asked a staff member. I was too tired this time, so I just slept with it as it was.

The staffs were incredibly nice and helpful! Free laundry service and the toilet with warm water shower, no complaints! Definitely gonna book again!

This Mercure is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Shanghai. It's located near Hongqiao, which is super convenient for getting to both the airport and the high-speed rail station. The rooms are spacious enough, clean, and the facilities all work well. They even have robots deliver takeout, which is a nice touch. There's a shopping mall right next door with plenty of great food options. The breakfast offers a good selection, including noodles. Plus, there's a small courtyard right outside where you can take a stroll after your meal. The price isn't too expensive either, offering great value for money.
