As a business traveller, when I go to a hotel, I crave familiarity, as there are often enough surprises at work. At the Radisson Xing Guo, I had high expectations, check-in process was smooth and the room was nice. However, when I came back after work, the dirty cups were still inside my room and when I called down to front desk, they sent replacement glasses from room service without any spoons after a long wait. On my second day returning from work, there was only half the normal nunber of bottles of water. The continuous little errors were unfortuante as I never knew what else would go wrong. Hotel overall was nice, and should definitely spend more time training room servicing staff.

The experience was very good. The hotel was full of details. You can see the human touch from every little detail. It's not easy [frown] My girlfriend said that next time she comes to Shanghai, she will choose your hotel [rose]
The front desk butler Xiao Zeng is enthusiastic and responsive, and is always available [grin][grin] There is a coffee machine and ice machine at the door. The front desk lady also brewed coffee thoughtfully when I went out in the morning☕️

Trust the Atour brand. This stay was a pleasant experience. This is a newly opened hotel in 25 years. The room is very clean, the decoration is simple and generous, the bedding has no peculiar smell, and the sleep is very comfortable. The Atour pillow is really amazing (I also use this pillow at home). When I left the hotel, the front desk also gave me two bottles of cold brew tea, which was thoughtful. The only drawback is that it is a little far from the subway station. Everything else is good. I will book this hotel next time I come to Shanghai.

This hotel is located within walking distance of a large mall that has many Japanese restaurants and a grocery store full of foreign food and drinks.
The staff are helpful, the hotel is quiet and clean. There is a bar attached to the lobby that serves mostly Japanese clientele. Quite pricey.
The breakfast buffet is a standard Chinese buffet.
There was no refrigerator in my room, which was a bit inconvenient.
Overall, this hotel is worth its price. I will be back.

Had a lovely time at this hotel and will book it when I come back to Shanghai! I love this neighboorhood, there's so many nice streets to walk around and things to eat. The room is not too big but exactly good enough for one person and the 24H reception and daily cleaning is nice. Bed and shower are comfortable.

I have stayed here before and my room was much nicer the previous stay. This time I only had a small window behind the bed and felt a little bit boxed in. However, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom very large with the Japanese toilet. I was happy overall.

Good location, near to line 10, and line 4. Near to Railway station. Hotel is good and clean. Only problem is the sound coming from highway side, as I have to open windows of room because of so much of heating in the room. Overall, it was comfortable stay, with friendly staff. Recommended.

Had a stay before leaving via Hongqiao Airport. Location-wise it’s in prioximity to 2 malls, which is next to the metro station, but it would be a 20-25 mins walk actually as the hotel and these places are not interlinked. The staff were very nice and welcoming, especially a male staff who wore glasses during night shift. Delivery can be directed to room conveniently by mini-bots. Free washing machines and dryer too.
The hotel is new and they even offered drip coffee and tea in room. One drawback was that I saw people smoking at the bar area near lobby but the staff didn’t stop him, probably a norm in the culture.
Overall a pleasant stay with the reasonable price.

Located in a very quiet neighborhood in Shanghai, perfect for those who enjoy short scenic walks. The subway entrances are only 2 minutes away so its ideal for a quiet yet convenient stay in thr big city. The rooms are pretty tight for more than one person.
The entire staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating - from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the kitchen staff. Amazing people! The breakfast is also not bad. Chinese cuisine but foreigner friendly.

Shanghai is a city with a huge flow of overseas tourists. If you’re flying, there are two main airports: Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG) and Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (SHA). But most international flights land at Pudong Airport.
Pudong Airport is about 45 kilometers from downtown and handles most international flights. You can get to the city by metro, an airport bus, or if you’re feeling fancy, the Maglev Train—it’s fast and kinda cool!
On the other hand, Shanghai Hongqiao airport is just 15 kilometers from the city center and mostly deals with domestic flights. You’ve got metro lines 2 and 10 to zip you straight to city.

Room although compact is super comfy - feather pillows ,good comforter and decent strong shower .
Always a pleasure that the staff are very attentive during my stay. It made a huge difference and a relief that the room did not smell of smoke this time as sometimes other guests may sneak a smoke .. so does travel through the ventilation system . The staff and makes me feel safe too as a female traveler. Neighbourhood has lots of Chinese food options and fresh fruit etc. it’s close by subway to the airport and hongqiao station so you can avoid traffic . Expect 20-30 mins away so it’s great .

Stayed at the highest floor, corner unit.
Room for improvement: Gave feedback via WeChat that the water flow downwards in the sink is slow, the technician came and simply removed the filter/ stopper but didn’t solve the root problem as it return after the cleaning staff put back the stopper.
Also, if the hotel can curate a nice cocktail bar within the hotel, it’ll complement and be perfect with the hotel stay. A shame that it doesn’t have one.
Oh do check out the awesome fresh milk from the bakery on the ground floor adjacent to the hotel. I had it almost every morning!

When I arrived, I found out that there was no breakfast. The staff Xiaoxiong said that there are breakfast shops nearby. This is quite convenient.
