A great experience! The room was spacious enough to accommodate our family of six. The decor was innovative, and it was fully equipped with daily necessities like a washing machine, refrigerator, kitchenware, and even condiments. It's also very close to the Bund and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. Highly recommended!

t27122789I booked this room for my college entrance exams (minor subjects). The front desk was incredibly helpful; they processed our early check-in and late check-out. When I mentioned the lack of air circulation in the windowless room, they immediately moved us to a room with a window. The room itself was simply furnished and clean, and they provided a generous amount of drinking water. I was very satisfied.

The room was great – quiet and clean. It's next to a residential area, far from the main road, so there's no noise. The soundproofing is also good; I didn't hear anything from next door. It's reasonably close to the subway station. The front desk staff were all very nice. There's a convenience store nearby, along with places to eat, including breakfast options. The price is affordable, and it's close to the city center. Highly recommend!

Anonymous UserApologies for the late review. I checked in on February 28th and checked out the very next day. The room was really nice, quite large and spacious, and also very clean with no strange odors. Supermarkets and public transport nearby were both very convenient. When I checked out, the front desk attendant gave me a gift bag with wet wipes, mouthwash, a mask, and some other emergency toiletries, plus a luggage tag, a cute little ox, and a disposable raincoat (it was raining in Shanghai at the time). My flight landed at half past, and I was too tired to review immediately. After that, I got busy and kept forgetting. So here's my belated review. The service was incredibly thoughtful and excellent. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The apartment matched the photos exactly – bright and spacious with 3 proper bedrooms, a dining-living room, and a kitchen. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable, and the bedding was clean and nice. There were 2 bathrooms with smart toilets; one had a shower and the other a bathtub. We stayed in March, and it was a bit chilly near the windows, but the air conditioning system worked well for heating, so we were warm.
One downside was the lack of terrycloth towels. The host provided 6 disposable towels (as shown in the photo). It was difficult for a woman to wash her hair and dry it with these, and they were too small for an adult man to dry off properly. We stayed for a week and ended up having to buy regular towels.
Another unpleasant surprise was the lack of dishes: plates, cups, and spoons. All that was available was 1 large frying pan, 1 large pot, 1 knife, 1 ladle, and 6 glass cups. When we asked, the host brought an extra pot, another knife, and a cutting board the same day. However, he suggested we buy disposable plates. So, we immediately went to the store to buy disposable plates, chopsticks, cups for hot tea, and at least one spoon. Perhaps guests usually don't cook and order takeout instead, but we specifically chose an apartment with a kitchen so we could prepare our own meals.
The apartment's location is excellent. It's about a 5-minute walk to Luban Road Metro Station, and there's a supermarket right across the street. We traveled to attractions by taxi or metro, and everything was close by, about 10-15 minutes away. The courtyard area was well-maintained and quiet.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was exceptionally good. I left a hot water bottle behind when I checked out, and the hotel staff called me to let me know, which was very thoughtful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai.

Guest UserExtremely satisfied! The hotel is right next to Nanjing Pedestrian Street. It's about 300 meters to the subway station and around 1000 meters to the Bund, which is super convenient. The staff were also excellent! Next time I'm in Shanghai for class, I'll definitely stay here again.

Guest UserThis was my second stay at this hotel, and I’m just as happy with it as the first time. The hotel is very comfortable and is located in the heart of the Bund, close to shopping malls and many attractions, making it a great choice for shopping and sightseeing.
I usually stay here for only one or two nights, but the location and convenience keep bringing me back. Getting around is very easy. The hotel is well connected to public transportation, and traveling from the airport is convenient. You can reach it by metro with only one transfer (or even a direct line from some airport routes), making the journey simple and hassle-free.
I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shanghai.

First, the good points: The washing machine and dryer were super convenient, allowing us to wash our clothes during our trip – everything felt clean and tidy! It rained the day we arrived, so we were stuck inside, but the kids had a blast playing house on both floors. It's about a six-minute walk to the metro station, which is decent. The Bund is just a ten-minute walk away, perfect for admiring the historic architecture and the Oriental Pearl Tower, and experiencing the two different worlds along the Huangpu River. If you turn left out of the hotel and walk one block, you'll find a breakfast spot selling buns, porridge, and eggs at market prices. Now for the downsides: Don't expect much in the way of room service or friendly smiles from the staff.

This is a chain hotel, conveniently located near the Ninth People's Hospital with good transport links. The price is reasonable outside of peak season. Other aspects like the hotel facilities are just average, but it's acceptable.
