What impressed me most about this hotel stay in Shanghai was their transportation services. They offer airport transfers, plus a shuttle service to and from Disneyland, the Bund, and the train station, which is a huge relief for tourists. You don't have to figure out routes yourself or worry about getting a taxi, and it makes planning your time much easier. The room was very tidy and clean, making for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was decent too; while not super extensive, it had both Chinese and Western options, so you can definitely fill up before heading out. Overall, if you're visiting Shanghai and prioritize convenient travel, this hotel is a solid choice, especially for guests who don't want to spend too much effort on transportation.

Facilities: The hotel is exceptionally well-maintained with complete amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, and a free children's play area. You could easily spend an entire day here without even going to the park. Cleanliness: This was my ninth stay booked under my name at the Disneyland Hotel, but including previous visits, it's actually over ten. Every single time, I've never had to worry about the cleanliness of the hotel's public areas or the rooms. During this recent rainy stay, there wasn't a single drop of water in the lobby – truly impressive attention to detail!👏 Environment: Pulling back the curtains reveals the park's castle, with gardens below. Inside the hotel, you'll find characters like Mickey and Minnie, and even princess interactions. Getting to Disney Town and the park is super convenient, with options for both boat and bus. Service: Consistently excellent. Whether it's check-in, general hotel services, or the concierge, everything deserves high praise👍 Executive Benefits: We booked an Executive Room, which saved us the hassle of planning three meals. This time, the executive dining standards had clearly improved. Previous executive meals were quite unappetizing, but the quality has definitely gone up. I'm already looking forward to my next stay. Another perk of staying executive is the 'Goodnight Mickey Boss' photo opportunity (the character isn't fixed), which adds a lovely sense of ceremony.

Finally made it to the long-awaited Disneyland during the holidays! We chose to stay at the Yunhe Yebo Hotel, and it was fantastic 👍🏻. The staff were all incredibly friendly and enthusiastic; when we checked in, they actively helped us with our luggage and took it to our room. The room itself was very quiet, ensuring a great night's sleep. The facilities were excellent, with a mini-fridge stocked with drinks and snacks. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the cleanliness was top-notch. What's more, the new Ninth People's Hospital branch recently opened nearby, making it super convenient for anyone looking for aesthetic medical services. They also have a self-service laundry room with a dryer. Breakfast is buffet-style, and if you're in a rush to catch the shuttle, you can even pack food to go. Coming back from Disneyland in the evening, the shuttle always had little snacks and drinks ready for everyone. They even offer foot-bath services, showing how thoughtful they are with all the little details. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and my girlfriend and I had a wonderful time here. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Disneyland! This stay far exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it! The hotel is incredibly close to Pudong Airport, and their pickup and drop-off services were arranged very efficiently with quick response times, making our layover stress-free and easy. I especially want to thank the friendly and enthusiastic young man at the front desk. Not only did he proactively upgrade our room type, but he also thoughtfully provided suggestions for a suitable check-out time based on our next flight, making us feel incredibly welcome and well-served. The hotel's overall design and decor are warm and comfortable, and the environment is clean and tidy, giving off a very relaxing and healing vibe. It truly surpassed all our expectations. Both the facilities and the quality of service left a lasting impression. I sincerely thank the hotel team for their dedicated service. The next time I pass through Shanghai Pudong Airport, I will definitely choose to stay here again and will recommend it to my friends. I wish the hotel thriving business and continued success!

Territory — 10/10 Lobby Staff — 10/10 Food — 10/10 Photoshoot — 10/10 We chose this hotel based on photos because we really wanted a place in authentic Chinese style. And this is exactly the one. It is incredibly beautiful both during the day and at night. Check-in was quick and easy. Jamie Shen helped us with early check-in, told us about the hotel, and escorted us to our room. It was very nice that Jamie speaks excellent English — it made us feel calm and safe. Thank you so much to him. The room was spacious, with both a shower and a bathtub, plus a small private balcony. The bed was the most comfortable one we’ve had — after long walks around the city, sleeping in it was pure pleasure. In the bathroom there was bath salt, a dental kit, a hairbrush, and a hairdryer that worked very well and quickly. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, and hot water was always available. One funny detail: the toilet makes a sound when you sit on it :) The room also had bathrobes, slippers, an iron, and an ironing board. The blackout curtains block out light completely, so you can sleep peacefully even during the day — very convenient if you arrive in Shanghai during the daytime and need to recover from jet lag. In the evening they brought us a special soup to help us fall asleep faster. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and amenities. The hotel offers a free photoshoot in traditional Chinese dresses. They photographed us in the hotel’s beautiful locations using a professional camera. The photographer helped with poses and provided props. There are dresses of different styles and sizes, but the shoes are only up to European size 39 (one pair). My mom and I both tried it and really enjoyed it. We received the photos on the same day. Breakfast at the hotel is excellent. There’s both Chinese cuisine (noodles, dumplings, various pickled vegetables) and Western options — omelettes made to order, pancakes, many desserts. On Saturday they served delicious ham. Fresh fruits were also available (from mango to pineapple), along with different types of tea and coffee. Everything was very tasty! The hotel territory is beautiful, with very photogenic gardens. Just look at the hotel photos — words can’t describe it. There is also an indoor pool and a gym. We didn’t use them, but took a quick look. For the pool you need a swimming cap (a regular shower cap won’t work). You can bring your own or buy one at the pool reception. Towels are provided, but no pool slippers. The hotel is located 30–40 minutes by taxi from The Bund, but it didn’t bother us at all.

We stayed here for Disneyland shanghai and it was really good. Location is abit out the way but with a Didi it was easy to find. You also get a free taxi to and from Disney, the reception staff will book it for you. The staff were so helpful and friendly they couldn't have done more for us. Room was really nice and clean, very quiet and the bed was really comfy. Thanks would use Nous hotel again.

The hotel is pretty close to Disneyland, which is great for easy access. It can get a bit cold at times, and the room isn’t soundproof, so you can hear the fireworks and even catch a glimpse of them from the window. Overall, a good stay with a great location!they also offer free transportation to Disneyland if you wake up really early.

I was very satisfied with my stay here. The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk staff were warm and efficient with both check-in and check-out, and they were quick to help whenever I had a problem. My room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom had no strange odors with plenty of hot water. The air conditioning also worked very well. The room was well-soundproofed, so I had a quiet night's rest. The hotel's common areas were clean, and the overall environment was cozy and comfortable, with good facilities. It offers great value for money, suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and environment were all satisfying. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance and will recommend it to my friends.

The front desk service was exceptional. I arrived late at night, and the hotel even arranged for a driver to pick me up from the airport and take me directly to the hotel. The entire service was incredibly warm and welcoming. They also provide shuttle service to and from Disneyland, and there's even a late-night snack service when you return to the hotel. The rooms are very spacious too. Highly recommend!

Five years later, I'm back at the Toy Story Hotel, and this time my experience was truly impressive. When we checked in, the front desk staff noticed it was our second stay and specially gave us a signed Buzz Lightyear photo. Adults might not think much of it, but the kids absolutely loved it. This stay was to celebrate my child's birthday, and at check-in, the front desk attendant said they'd send a small cake to our room in the evening. If we were out, they'd leave it in the fridge, reminding us not to forget it. Compared to celebrating my child's birthday at Chimelong in Guangzhou last year, this was so much better! First, it was offered proactively, and second, they gave us a birthday badge right at the hotel. Now, every staff member who sees it says 'Happy Birthday!' It really made us feel special! I also noticed this time that the toilet flushing sound is much quieter. Before, I could hear the flush from the next room, but this time I didn't hear anything at all! I'll definitely be back again.
