I'd give full marks to this hotel's facilities. The room was a pleasant surprise; the mattress was just the right firmness, like sinking into a cloud, guaranteeing a full night's sleep and relieving travel fatigue. The shower in the bathroom had a constant temperature, excellent water flow, instant hot water, and stable pressure. The vanity area was spacious with bright mirror lighting, making makeup and skincare routines very convenient. Plus, they provided a Dyson hairdryer and a De'Longhi kettle – attention to detail was top-notch. The service was incredibly friendly, easily ranking among the top three in Shanghai. Xuejian left a deep impression on us, proactively reminding us about parking and making things very convenient. We'll definitely choose Hualuxe again next time!

The hotel's service was truly outstanding! Check-in and check-out were smooth and seamless, with all my questions answered promptly. The front desk staff, Mandy Zhou and Joanna Cao, were incredibly friendly and helpful, always meeting my needs in a timely manner. The room was also very clean and the bed was comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay.
