The room was quite spacious and very close to the subway station (Jing'an Temple, Exit 12, right next door). The elevator was also fast. The only minor inconveniences were the bathtub, which was a bit awkward, and having to pick up food deliveries from the locker downstairs. Other than that, everything else was good and satisfactory.

Staying at the Shanghai Kunlun Hotel (formerly Huating Hotel) this time really exceeded my expectations! This long-established hotel has been beautifully renovated and now has a great feel. The location is super convenient, close to the subway and shopping. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was incredibly cozy, and the soundproofing was good too. The staff were all very kind and efficient. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted great. Overall, my stay was very pleasant. It's perfect whether you're here for business or leisure. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai, highly recommended! A must-stay when in Shanghai.
