The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and check-in was a breeze. My room was quiet and spotless, the bedding was super comfy, and I loved having 24-hour hot showers. The location is a huge plus, being only 600 meters from Shanghai Wild Animal Park. There's a bus stop right outside with service to the metro station, and even better, you can book the hotel's shuttle in advance for direct rides to the metro and Shanghai Disneyland. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, and the taste was just average. Despite that, it was a very satisfying stay overall.
Service: Very warm service, treat guests like relatives and friends, polite greetings
Hygiene: Clean and tidy
Environment: Very quiet and comfortable
Facilities: There is a gym and laundry room, which is very convenient
I will choose this one next time, it is cost-effective, the transportation is convenient, and there are many food nearby.

This hotel is very cost-effective. It is a very good hotel in Huaxin Town. I highly recommend it!!! After reading many reviews, I chose this hotel. It is indeed worthy of its reputation. The front desk lady is warm, thoughtful and polite. She helped us upgrade the room for free and arranged for us to check in in advance. The room she arranged is very spacious and has a good view. The rooms are all floor-to-ceiling windows. The rooms look very clean. You can go to the gym on the fifth floor to exercise at night. There are also many fitness equipment to choose from. There are supermarkets around, and snacks are very convenient. If you order takeout, there are robots to help deliver it, which is very convenient. The breakfast is also rich, with many varieties and good taste. When checking out, the front desk lady also helped with the luggage. It feels like home. I will come here again next time I go on a business trip.

We stayed here for two nights to visit Disneyland. The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from Disney, and there are three shuttle bus times in the morning to get there, which is very convenient. In the evenings, we'd get notifications in a group chat about the return bus. Downstairs, there's a commercial street with plenty of food, drinks, and convenience stores, as well as places to rent clothes and get makeup done.
The downsides: Our room faced the rooftop of the opposite building, and there were a few noisy exhaust fans. The hotel is newly opened, but the wooden floor in our room was a bit uneven, and the faucet was noisy – we could clearly hear it when other rooms were using theirs. The door also wasn't very soundproof.
Late-night noodles: Coming back from Disney after 10 PM, hungry and tired, having a bowl of noodles was a thoughtful touch.
Hygiene: The small vanity mirror by the sink had a lot of fingerprints when we checked in.
Service: The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helpful.
