The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the service was incredibly friendly and efficient. They even have robot food delivery, which was a neat touch. We stayed in the 'Starry Sky Family Duplex,' and our kids absolutely loved it. Downstairs, there are plenty of play facilities, and the lounge area is also beautiful and comfortable. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Disneyland with three departures in the morning, and return shuttles start at 8:20 PM. Breakfast was plentiful, and the hotel has koi fish outside and ornamental fish indoors, making it a great place for families with children.

Our family of four stayed in the Capybara-themed room, which was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness was excellent, and the service was beyond words. The room even came with a snack gift bag. They offer shuttle service to and from Chuansha Metro Station, Pudong Airport, and Disneyland, making it super convenient for getting around. This is a five-star hotel with amazing value for money, and they even have cute pet feeding activities for kids!
