I booked this hotel randomly, but I was pleasantly surprised when Nancy proactively contacted us before check-in to confirm our needs. Seeing that we had booked multiple rooms, she thoughtfully upgraded our room types and even specially arranged for us to be on the same floor, making it convenient for us to look after each other. The hotel's overall environment is good, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. It's also very convenient for getting around. Nancy was always quick to respond to any questions, always thinking of the guests. Her service was attentive and warm, making this stay much better than expected. Highly recommended! All my friends said it was great.

Pros: The hotel's location is quite good, and the facilities are well-maintained. The breakfast spread is also quite extensive. Cons: The service staff's service awareness is lacking. When I asked for a water bill, they said they didn't have one, and when I asked some questions, the answer was basically no. The mini-bar charges are also quite expensive, and the cleanliness of the outside windows could be improved.

Traveling with seniors and children, the last thing you want is hassle, and the hotel did an excellent job in this regard. Although it's not in the core commercial district, the hotel provides a regular shuttle bus to Pudong Airport and the metro station, with reasonable timings and clean vehicles. There's ample parking for self-drivers, so you don't have to worry about rain. Taxis are also readily available; the doorman proactively helps call cabs and communicates destinations. After 8:30 PM, the nearby Platinum Park Hotel (also in Sanjiagang) offers late-night snacks, including self-service noodles and dumplings, for about 40 RMB per person. The hotel also has a Disneyland shuttle; just book in advance. All attractions are within a reasonable driving distance, so you won't be too exhausted returning after a long day of fun. This 'away from the hustle but not the city' location is particularly friendly for families needing to balance sightseeing and rest.
