I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. In particular, I’d like to give special thanks to Xiao Li (小李) for being so kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Their great service made my trip much more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

The room was very spacious, and the penguin theme was a big hit with the kids. There's a children's play area on the second floor where they had a blast. The beds were quite comfortable, and the environment was very quiet. Breakfast offered a great variety, including Chinese options like congee, pickled vegetables, steamed buns, fried dough sticks, and noodles, as well as Western choices like milk, bread, and salad. The hotel provides a dedicated shuttle bus to Haichang Ocean Park, which takes about 15 minutes, making it very convenient.

My family saw me off as I was flying abroad from Pudong Airport. This hotel is super convenient, only a 20-minute taxi ride to the airport, so we booked a family room here. The front desk even upgraded us to a larger bed for free! In the evening, I needed to print a document, and after contacting the front desk, they quickly helped me with that too. The service throughout our stay was absolutely top-notch. I'll definitely choose to stay here again when I return to China!

We arrived quite early, and initially, upon seeing numerous small advertising flyers scattered at the entrance, we were a bit worried about the hotel's quality. However, once we got inside, we were pleasantly surprised. The room was a standard size but well-equipped, clean, and felt premium. The wet/dry separation in the bathroom was excellent, and the service was very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was also good. The lobby looked nice when we saw it the next day. The hotel is also quite close to Hongqiao Railway Station. Overall, it's great value for money, and we're very satisfied. It would be even better if the hotel could clear up all those advertising flyers scattered around the entrance.

Overall, the experience was great, and my family felt very comfortable staying here. Pudong Airport shuttle service: Very punctual and the driver was enthusiastic. Service: The front desk ladies were all very warm and made our check-in smooth and comfortable. The gentleman at the hotel entrance was also very helpful. We had rented a car but couldn't find the parking lot. He personally led the way and helped us find it. Later, as we weren't familiar with driving the electric car, he even helped drive it to the hotel entrance and gave detailed instructions. Environment: Pretty good, as shown in the pictures. Facilities: Also good. Hotel breakfast was quite rich and nice. We were also quite lucky as our room was upgraded. The windows were very soundproof. The only downsides were the loud air conditioning and poor sound insulation near the door. There are some snack shops on the street opposite, but not many, so it was just okay.

Overall, my stay was excellent. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. Check-in was efficient, and the front desk staff were warm, polite, and patient in answering any questions. The room was clean and tidy, with great attention to detail in the hygiene. The bedding had no strange odors, and the bathroom was dry and spotless. Soundproofing in the room was decent, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The facilities were well-maintained; hot water was readily available, and the air conditioning ran quietly. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. During my stay, any requests I had were promptly addressed by the staff, which was reassuring. The overall service was professional and thoughtful, indicating thorough staff training. It offers excellent value for money in its location. I had a completely smooth and comfortable two-day stay. I would prioritize this hotel again for future business trips to the area and would gladly recommend it to friends traveling here.

Came here to play with a friend. The room was very clean and spacious, and the scent of the aroma diffuser was lovely. It was also convenient for dining out, and the hotel breakfast was abundant. The front desk service was very thoughtful, and there was even a robot delivery service, which was incredibly convenient. For tourists, this is truly an excellent choice. Overall, the value for money is fantastic, and I'll definitely stay here again.

The room came with an aromatherapy diffuser and was very clean. The front desk service was excellent, and the environment was really nice. It's located near Wusongkou, and the hotel's breakfast was delicious. This is my second time staying here, and for Baoshan, it's a great value-for-money hotel. I have to say that the location is great, with food and drinks! The key is that the front desk lady is so awesome, not only enthusiastic but also considerate. When I came, she was very warm-hearted. When I left, holiday blessings kept floating to my elevator entrance. Haha, don't you want me to leave? Haha~ I don't want to leave either! The room is clean and the area is relatively large.
