The location is excellent — conveniently close to the metro station and within walking distance of several sightseeing spots. The front desk service was wonderful. A special thank you to the staff member 欧杨, who patiently answered all my questions about transportation in Shanghai. He provided clear directions and detailed information on how to use public transport to get around. He even helped me check travel information for Hangzhou and Wuzhen without fail. Helped carry my luggage to the main street and wait for the taxi when I leave. I truly appreciate his kind assistance — it made my trip much smoother and more enjoyable!
