Check-in can be done at the guesthouse registration center, and there's no need to rush to catch the shuttle bus out of the scenic area after your night tour, saving you time and effort. We are also delighted that Building 29, where you stayed, has an excellent location. It's directly accessible to key attractions like Gongyue Bridge on the downhill route, and you can wait for the shuttle bus on the uphill route, making travel extremely convenient. The room is equipped with tea sets, allowing you to relax, enjoy tea, and immerse yourself in the tranquil mountain scenery. We especially appreciate your positive feedback on the butler service. The timely response to water delivery, luggage transport, and shuttle bus coordination is commendable, and we will continue to provide attentive and meticulous dedicated butler service. We also sincerely accept your valuable suggestions: we have carefully noted the issue of insufficient shuttle bus frequency and long waiting times during holidays and will report it to the scenic area operations department to optimize the shuttle bus scheduling during peak periods, shorten waiting times, and improve the travel experience. Regarding the free use of Platinum Wedding Photography before 5 PM and the better scenery after the lights are turned on at night, we will provide feedback and coordinate accordingly.
