The room's location is great, and parking is convenient. Opening the curtains reveals a beautiful view of Napa Lake. While dining options nearby aren't the best, the stunning scenery and spacious room more than make up for it. The owner is very nice and enthusiastic. There are also two adorable, friendly cats at the guesthouse. Overall, a good experience!

Our first stop in Shangri-La was the Runjing Muqi Banshan Manor, and the experience was absolutely perfect! We communicated our arrival time with the owner in advance, and he personally came to pick us up, guiding us car-to-car all the way. He even helped with our luggage. Being taken care of so warmly right after arriving at a high-altitude area instantly relieved the fatigue of travel and the initial uneasiness of being on the plateau. Upon check-in, the owner was incredibly generous and upgraded our room for free. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, directly facing the entire Naptahai grassland wetland. In the evening, we could witness a spectacular sunset right from our window – the scenery was even better than from a dedicated viewpoint. The guesthouse is equipped with a whole-house oxygen supply system, which is incredibly friendly for those newly arrived at over 3200 meters who are concerned about altitude sickness. We slept soundly through the night without any chest tightness, completely avoiding any high-altitude discomfort. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The super-large bathtub and floor-to-ceiling windows with a view were definite bonuses. The breakfast ingredients were wholesome, and the taste was light and palatable, perfectly suited for sensitive high-altitude stomachs. Both the owner and staff were warm and genuine, providing detailed explanations for nearby sightseeing routes and photo spots around Napa Lake. The location is quiet and serene, away from the hustle and bustle of the ancient city, with vast grasslands right outside – perfect for watching the sunrise or taking photos. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. This is definitely our top recommendation for accommodation around Napa Lake when visiting Shangri-La. We'll be staying here again on our next visit!

Choosing the Runjing Muxi Banshan Manor for our family trip to Shangri-La was absolutely the right decision! The views are incredible; you open the window to a panoramic view of Napa Lake, and you can watch the sunrise from your room in the morning. Our child was glued to the floor-to-ceiling window, not wanting to leave. The biggest worry with kids is altitude sickness, but the full-house medical oxygen supply was a lifesaver, effectively easing the symptoms so we could sleep soundly at night. It's perfectly kid-friendly, with adorable pets (like the dog, Suyu, and cats) in the courtyard. The ******* owner is super enthusiastic and even helped us plan our itinerary and provided transfers. The facilities are brand new, including a projector and smart toilet. You don't have to walk far to get great photos. We'll definitely be staying here again with family next time!

What a gem of a guesthouse I found with my friends! The room was spotless, the view from the window was stunning, and the owner's self-built garden was beautiful – perfect for photos. The host was incredibly nice and quick to respond to any questions. The chef's food was absolutely delicious and professionally prepared! The location is convenient for getting around, and the host even offers pick-up and drop-off services. The large projector in the room was great for watching movies. The most delightful part of my trip to Shangri-La was visiting Napa Lake, and the most delightful thing about Napa Lake was staying at this hotel. My room looked out onto a grassland of flowers, and the scenery was absolutely stunning. There's also a dedicated viewing platform, perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. We even took some time-lapse photography there, and the results were truly cinematic. The hotel's viewing location is simply unbeatable. There's a dog and two cats in the yard, and these three little cuties are so adorable and full of life – they completely melted my heart. In the evenings, they arrange a bonfire party, which is wonderfully warm and atmospheric, and you'll notice how incredibly close the stars feel at night – very romantic. The owner even sings at the party, and he has a fantastic voice. The hotel facilities are all new, and everything is very clean. The oxygen supply is excellent. The restaurant food is incredibly delicious, much, much better than the food in Dukezong. There's a horse riding stable nearby with amazing scenery, and the owner is incredibly warm-hearted and genuine, treating guests like family.
